When you go into politics section,there is where you get folks from opposition attacking a scientist.If you go into Kenyan news section,that is where magufuli supporters are camping.

It's true, now that's where we draw lines with some countries. If quality is indeed a global phenomenon then you have no reason whatsoever to debunk pictorial show. As they say beauty lies in the eye of the beholder and so yeah, you can come up with a hideous infrastructure and claim it to be grade A. The number of users does not determine quality, it only proves the road is worth used or rather its the only option available.
