I found NOC 0731, manager in transportation. I want to confirm if he can use that NOC for his application or which can be recommended?

Also what documents are used to back up a self employed application in terms of employment and work experience

did they give you a statement of result? Did u complete the program? As far as u finished it with a statement of result it doesn't matter.. U will get two certificate by the special grace of God

She has contacted the india embassy in nigeria and they said they cannot issue a PCC because of the overstay. What can be done about this? Is there a way around this? Can she declare the overstay without the PCC? Or is it better not to declare it since she can't get the PCC to prove this?

Did your friend stay in India for 6 months or more in the last 10 years? If yes, a PCC is compulsory, as I understand it. I don't think the application will progress without the PCC, explaining the "overstay" without a PCC wouldn't cut it, in my view. See what IRCC says below....perhaps get a lawyer and explore what must be done to get a PCC.

In very rare cases, we may accept both a letter of explanation and proof that shows you made your best effort to get a police certificate on time.

You can upload this in the country-specific police certificate field of your document checklist. Examples of proof: a confirmation receipt, a payment receipt, a delivery notice, a tracking number.

An officer will review your application. If they’re not satisfied that you made your best effort, your application may be rejected for being incomplete.

Your friend does not need statement of result for Diploma rather he/she needs just the transcript. On the others hand, he/she needs both the transcript and the certificate of his/her Bsc

I'm thinking of doing advanced diploma in business management in unilag but I don't know if it's okay since I'm a science student,
I'm planning to use my nysc as work experience but i worked in the local government. I don't know if it will count plus I got my PPA very late (about 3-4 months after leaving camp) reason is I relocated.
I don't know if anyone has had a similar experience

no, I don't think I can use my diploma because I was told my diploma statement of result will be merged with the remaining 3 years I spent at the University .
my main concern is if I can do advanced diploma in business management since I graduated with a bachelor's degree in botany.
will it be accepted for PR?
