goodday house, please i want your advice.
I have been sending money to my father for my proof of funds so for almost 2 years now from one of my accounts to his, there is no specific date as i deposit into his account whenever i have substantial amount to spare from my salary, the plan is that when its time to present proof of funds, he will complete the money for me and do a gift deed for me, will this be a problem.

Company B doesn’t mind giving me a reference letter for the entire duration. Company A only handled salaries but every other action including employee relations was handled by company B , hence my confusion.
Ok, I still think you should just use the name of the company that employed & paid you to avoid future complications but maybe someone that's been in this exact scenario can help

Company A is your employer, your contract of employment is from them...I'm sure they issue you payslips and your bank statements will have their name too...

Let A give you the reference letter stating you were seconded/posted to B for the period of your employment...

A is your employer, I see no confusion here..

Hi, please I have a question regarding SNIP. Must your course of study be related to your work experience in order to be eligible?

Sorry I am a bit of a novice here but I guess the course of study needs to match the work.

The experts can enlighten more.

Very possible , I have cousins who graduated at Age 19 From private universities here in Nigeria by 20 they were done with NYSC which is already one year of work experience o and they got placements immediately after their Nysc.
I even have classmates who were called at the age of 20 / 21 Meaning they’ve done 5 years uni and one year law school

Good evening everyone. Been following the EE threads actively since part 9. I have a few queries though directed mostly to medical doctors who are currently in the process or have scaled through.
1. When creating an account on physiciansapply, which surname do I use because my MBBS Cert bears my maiden name while my passport bears my new surname bearing in mind svr to my school later?

2. I have read the post by drcynthia, sometime in 2019. Do we still need to notarize our MBBS cert copy and copy of our passport before sending? Can any notary public serve abi the specific ones listed in one of the sister threads?

3. Do we still send our packages via courier to MCC or are there better ways now especially via soft copies? Also, pay for courier for delivery of ECA to Nigeria?

4. Just to confirm, Since most of our medical colleges are located in campuses different from the main campus site (mine for one is), the svr should be to our medical school right?

Thank you in anticipation

I want to claim point only for my first job - 4 years but I filled my current job as part of my history.

Do I need to provide a reference letter for my current job too. Or will it affect my application if I don't claim point for my current job.

Good evening everyone. Please i need your help in what to do. My transcript was sent to WES march this year, it was reviewed and verification mail was sent to my school. My school responded and i received a confirmation mail to that effect from wes. Two days later, i received another mail from Wes asking me to send my transcript. Till date my status is still on hold. I have tried contacting them but no response. Please house, what can i do?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by GeologistMajor: 7:57pm On Oct 09, 2020
No need for reference letter of your current job because you are not claiming the experience and I doubt if your application Will be affected in any way if you don't claim experience for your current job. Provided your last job was 3 years or more, you get the full points for foreign work experience.

Yes, I mentioned that I had called severally and was on the phone on hold while i typed that message.
Hours later, i have gotten through to them (after holding for 45mins) but I'm on hold again.
Thanks anyway, hopefully its resolved.
i am more worried about the Unilag strike once they send verification, combined with WES slow processing. God help us.

hi

1. Use your current surname as you will need to verify your identity. Submit proof of change of name along with your SVR application
2. No need to notarize your certificate but you will need to notarize a copy of your passport and your certified identity document. You will get instructions for this when you request SVR
3. For the meantime due to COVID they are accepting soft copies but they said they will require the hard copies to be sent sometime in the future
4. I don't remember needing to specify this or giving a particular contact, they check it against the world directory of medical schools so maybe check there. I would assume it's the medical school that will be listed not the main campus
Hope this helps
