The mean score on the math section of the SAT for all test-takers is 511 out of 800, the average scores for blacks (428) and Latinos (457) are significantly below those of whites (534) and Asians (598).

If we look at statistics with out been bias, we shall see that the race with the highest score whites and Asians all have developed economies, it seems there is a correlation between iq and development. Well it's fine, if that is your narrative of the perceived absence of supporters in biden's rallies but clearly this is a clear difference between Biden/DNC and Trump/RNC approach to their campaigns.
