I don't believe VGIF is the best, it may be among the top yielding mutual funds but surely not the highest.

VGIF is one of the best as we also have other products which gives a better ROI a good example is the high yield note.

You & emmasoft are misleading people here. To liquidate my fund your company said 3 working days. I have filled redemption form since last week Wednesday, today is Tuesday almost one week yet no response from anyone in your office. I contacted emmasoft but he is non chalant

The worst is the 7.5% they are promising which am not sure it is true as my online account is showing different thing. But will confirm this after full liquidation

I will not say there are misleading people. I will say they are doing a very good PR/marketing job for their organisation but their organisation is not always acting along.

Of the 4 Mutual Funds (StanbicIBTC, United Capital, Investment-One and FBNQUEST; ) I have dealt with; Investment one had the worst withdrawal process. My Vantage Dollar Fund Investment with them back then for 9 months yeilded nothing as returns.

A marketer can only market. The bulk is on the operations, values and ethics of the company.

Please check your account very well. Daily interest accumulates and shows seperately. Those in the last quarters already capitalized are added to your capital, and this will not change until end of current quarter. However, note that at the end of a quarter, closure and all they do to close the books sometimes lead to slow process of the usual daily computation of interest. This applies to many of the investment houses for this type of fund. There is actually no acceptable excuse for this delay at the close of a quarter considering the advancement and benefits of technology as at today. However, at the end of closure all interests are calculated correctly and so reflect in your dashboard. Investment one customer-care, Axamansard and StanbicIBTC, are among the best based on my experience. So when your request is being delayed make good use of their customer-care.

Spot on. I have made countless calls to customer care , they keep promising and tossing me around.

This is laughable. Emmasoft doesn't know my full name again because I want to withdraw my funds.but he knew my name when I was depositing. Ok

I have been making calls to customer care since yesterday and no reasonable response. Only Careless responses that yield nothing.

Your assertions may be true but definitely should not apply to VGIF because unlike Money market funds that runs a 3 months cycle, VGIF runs a 6 months cycle, so last quarter should not affect the returns display on your dash board but lets wait till he is paid, however Investment one is a big firm, i know this is just an operational issue and rare.
