40% of the vehicles driven in kano don't have customs papers. They were brought in from Niger. You can't try such down south sars and customsgo do you shege. Go to kubwa express and see exotic cars line up for sale at chipe-chipe price. No single car has customs papers among them. Dem don cheat us for too long.
