Throughout 2018 with10 games out of 26 games? Why do you like to lie to yourself like this, huh?

Okoye was not the first choice throughout 2018 going by these stats. Stop lying.

Okoye played a total of 32 matches out of 67 games from 2018 to 2020. Never consistent you bloody liar.

Okoye is yet to play a single match in top flight football. Whereas, Alampasu has already done that in Portuguese first division and in Europa League. Stop lying you.

No vex agreed with no reservations grin

you are still proving my point your issue with the technical crew of the national team is not about ensuring a certain standard of criteria for choosing national team's goalkeeper but ''your player is below average why did you pick him over my own below average player?"

if Alampasu had been playing consistently for these past few years even a division 2 club in Portugal i would have been more sympathetic to what you are saying but getting angry over someone keeping in LATVIA! of all countries i'm sorry is a stretch for me.

When he was second choice goalkeeper in Portuguese division 2 did you have sympathy for him? The same team gained promotion to division one.

When Alampasu played in Portuguese division 3 the next season for game time having been second choice goalkeeper in the second division, did you have sympathy with him?

When Alampasu finished in Portuguese 3rd division and got promoted to the first team of a team in the Portuguese first division as at third choice goalkeeper despite the fact he made days sometimes, did you sympathy with him?

Now that he has left Portugal to get game time and has started getting game time after all the noise that game time is important, did you sympathy with him?

This maduka story would be different if alampasu had kept and conceded goals. We would be asking why maduka was on the bench seeing we played the last match and lost and he was one of our best players? All the same, man must complain grin

Please stop trying to be clever by half. Alampasu hasn't made much progress and i'm saying he has to improve that playing in LATVIA! is not it. Yes weak league is a relevant point that's why we don't call players plying their trade in Malta or India.

Enyeama was already an established SE player when he moved to Israel can you say the same for Alampasu? Enyeama soon after moved to France can you say the same for Alampasu who moved from Portugal to LATVIA? 6-7 years in Europe and you still want us to pamper him like he's some academy player? Maduka that was playing in the German 4th tier has he not made progress moving to the Dutch League?

Me too i'm done arguing with you. if you like go and join protesters and lekki toll if it still pains you that much.

Being a first choice GK in latvia is not it just because we wanted rohr to give alampasu a chance at the friendlies

But playing for Fortuna Düsseldorf Team B is okay for someone to have a chance in the eagles

And for your information i have nothing against maduka as this thread is there for us to see but i hate double standard judgement.

If person follow some of una mouth dem go think say we get better keeper like senegal to critisize a starter in the latvia league

what are you talking about wasn't he part of rohr's squad during that period?

Did he not play a friendly match against togo during that period?

Is it true that maduka okoye is yet to play for his club this season?

I need this answer first
I don't think he has played this season. He only features in friendly matches i think.

STFU stop acting like an ignorant
Maduka started from Bayern levekursen youth team then he moved to fortuna ....I guess you don't how fortuna team is. it like the everton or Leicester city of England...he can't break into the team like that he played with their reserve team mainly for the youth players in that same late 2017 .through out 2018 he was their first choice till 2020 thats he left for Sparta it took okoye 3 years to go into eredivise league.Alampasu has been wandering around since U-17 days when his mate (osihmen, chuks,Ndidi, awaziem) are already in top flight he can't even nail a spot in Feirense mind you he has an individual honor ( golden glove ),with this he already have a good credentials, even uzoho thats was on bench for him is playing with the best team in Cyprus which is ranked 16 according to UEFA league rating while alampasu can't even boast of a Shirt In ventspils he only play Cup games and europa qualifiers it took okoye 3 years to be in playing in Europe top flight team in a league ranked 10 according to UEFA LEAGUE RATING while okoye can't nail a spot in a small team in Europe and a league ranked 36 the quality is different

Too much shalaye

Soro soke

Okoye is yet to play first team football oga

yes we all agreed that Dele should have played i have no qualms with that line of argument but making it looking as if we have been deliberately ignoring a Buffon incarnate is a bit of a stretch.

For instance look at previous call ups like Nwaekeme, Otabor and Nwakali brothers. exceptfor Nwaekeme have the others done anything in club football? you think i can't use the same energy and logic to argue for them like dele?

This is not about club football. Onuachu is the leading GS for his club but he do flop for his country. Moreso, those guys have a worthy competitor in the NT.

Has alampasu and the yakubu guy played any game this season ?

In all super eagles GK who has played more minutes this season ?

Maduka has played in the Dutch 3 tier football league.

Both has played in the first division and Europa League respectively.

1. Yakubu
2. Alampasu
3. Okoye

i agree with you playing a goalkeeper who plays in German 4th tier is not right the same way the same way inviting a player from LATVIA! is not right i'm clear on that.

like you i hate double standard and hypocrisy but the same people crying about Alampasu were silent when rohr didn't field Otabor or the Nwakali brothers when they were called up to the SE.

Rohr messed up not playing Alampasu and Yakubu but let's not pretend their call ups were justified that's all i'm saying
