lynniebabes: I stay in Manchester, around Moston, because good food and African shops is accessible, salon, shopping mall, business centres, food vendors, car repairs. And you can easily go to Piccadilly to have fun buy stuffs. You can visit the Manchester Arndale shopping mall where you have various shopping malls and stores. And not too far from Manchester Fort (another set for shopping malll and foodies) 1 Like |

Question- is WorldRemit a good way of sending airtime for a person’s phone to Nigeria? Or is there a more recommended way of doing so? Thanks. |

I used to use WorldRemit (freaking expensive) until I found out that I can actually do it from my naija bank account. If you have one, just check if the feature is available. ifegy: |

ifegy: The best thing to do is to set up your Internet or Mobile banking account with your 9ja account. You can send Airtime from #100. If your account doesn't have Internet banking, you can request it from UK. 1 Like |

Kingp91: Very lucrative but getting saturated. It helps if you have an IT background if you’ll work in Tech (lol contrary to what the name indicates). |
Re: Living In The Uk/life As A UK Immigrant by Aphrodite007(f): 6:07pm On Oct 15, 2020 |
RalphJean: I don’t think so. You have to be exceptional for that to happen because the BA market is getting saturated and I’ve seen companies transition their project managers into BA (weird); some even employ just anyone and train them to become BAs. So e go hard. |

Yemisih:It doesn’t matter what type of visa u have, Salisbury is a very upper class town ... with a lot of pensioners about ... If you’ve got the resource it is a very nice town to live and raise your family.. you can get a train into London just over 1.2hr .... Lastly it’s a very English town mostly white resident( not really diverse). If that’s not a problem for you then it’s a good place 1 Like |
