TLAX:Good day comrades! Pardon my greed! I entered 11 plc when i learnt of their plan to delist from NSE ( i was hoping for a juicy offer). I was expecting the terms of delisting to be spelt out before shareholders could vote to approve the delisting. Are there laid down procedures for delisting ? Is the Book Value of an equity part of the consideration for determing the exit price when a company is delisting? Thank you in advance for you contributions 1 Like |

Persistence of protest and with increase activities of Anonymous hackers is a serious fundamental issue that may impact negatively on NSE leading to a dip. Hope the trading platform will be secured from devilish anonymous hackers next week. 2 Likes |
