Nothing like best bank here jare, all offering almost same. Usually new immigrants take advantage of what any of the banks are offering at the moment. E.g RBC will give iPad abi iPod, Scotiabank will do free 1yr banking no charges etc LordAA: 1 Like 1 Share |
Now, I had a very long reply for this comment, but then again i do not want to stop watching my movie, its very interesting. I will only make one statement. Well, i think i am gonna write up a bit. First of all, it is unfair to compare hard working folks with Abacha and other african leaders, that is disrespectful. Second, There is no study that has proven 6hrs sleep, 5 days a week is detrimental to ones health. Third, i have no intentions of working even 8 hrs a day till i am 65 like the "most white folks" you talked about. Lastly, your circle is very small, try not to generalise on a whole race, just by talking to a few people. Hard working folks dont work for money, they work for a future. I've got a lot more to say, but i will leave it here. Cheers Bro
|

This is a seperlatively good advice @atutupoyoyo2211 I am impressed!! You saved $7,000 in roughly 3 months, if that is not impressive I wonder what is. If you don't mid I would like to give you some tips. Rather than save $120,000 have you thought about entering real estate? Instead of paying a landlord $1,300 a month, you can buy your own house and start building equity. So basically you are paying yourself $1,300 a month. Secondly and don't take this the wrong way but why are you paying for a new car? $500 every month for 8 years is a lot of money and I think you are better off driving a clean used car than paying for a new car. I drive a 2007 Hyundai which serves me well but I own my own house (mortgage). I honestly don't see the essence of a new car as it loses value immediately you drive it out of the lot
6 Likes 2 Shares |
