Every reasonable Nigerian knows that it's time to end this protests. But some people would still insist on dying over a country that has no hope for many decades. That's typical of them, to inundate us with denials regardless of the fact that there are videos to prove otherwise.

What happened at Lekki toll gate is a culmination of our silence to the misrules that has been happening for years. We were so docile that we became the proverbial snake who refused to bite and children used it to tie firewood. Now we have started to bare our fangs but these children have refused to see us for the snake that we are.

I have never felt so unsafe in this nation until this SARS protest began. Which government has an outright disregard for the lives of those they are governing like Nigeria? As in they have no atom of regard for its Citizens. Jeeez!
