Aina and Collins have delivered crosses that lead to goals in the GWG...

We are talking in general about our full backs contributing to the attack... That's a department Idowu is lacking in.. IMO, he is another version of Shehu...we don't need that...

See as una dey do? Shehu that made the most famous cross in the past 5 years is who u are name dropping. I can't remember Collins making cross that led to a goal and Aina's was a slick backheal against Burundi not a cross.

Are you alright? cheesy. I was solely addressing the argument that persistence is a form of genius and nothing more. Whether your genius or your hard work or a combination of the two helps you get results was not necessarily my argument. I never argued which of those was more important, even though i stated that hard work makes your ingenuity even better. Besides my comment with respect to the situation in which he did better than his peers was a response to his personal example. Perhaps you should have gone as far as checking the origin of the exchange. He be like say you just run enter my mention without actually knowing what's going on. What Nonsense.Abeg, no transfer aggression for my top. cheesy
IDENNAA:

Ultimately, the end justifies the means. What good is your genius if you finish behind a guy who you thought was inferior to you. And , now , you are making excuses and giving reasons why he dusted you. And , you want to calculate how long it took him to best you. Were you sleep when he was studying ? Also, think we throw that word intelligent around too carelessly.

As long Tella is winger I'm okay with it, after our last games we need about 4 extra wingers that should fight for their places in that position.

First of all, intelligence in itself is a spectrum. We only consider people at the extreme upper end if it geniuses. For some tasks, only an average level of intelligence is required. Persistence can take you the rest of the way. I believe we throw the word 'Genius' around a lot. Mathematics in itself may not require ingenuity, but the way you get your result and how fast you do it may be what defines your ingenuity. Maybe you do, but I don't decide that someone must be a genius to get an A in a course. People with an average level of intelligence get As by studying hard. And what you just described is knowledge acquisition, anyone will probably be more knowledgeable than their peers if they take their studies more seriously. It's that simple. Let me be clear again, using intelligence may better suit your argument. Not being dull doesn't make you a genius. Hard work usually always enables you to get better results, irrespective of your level of intelligence. A musician could pull off a brilliant performance by rehearsing and finetuning his notes. Ingenuity may sometimes be distinguished by time. It may take someone of average intelligence7 years to master a certain technical job, but it may take you less than 6 months. Well in this case we could term you a genius. but first, we may have to establish how long it takes an average person to master it. Genius definitely has other manifestations besides time.

Interesting.but I see genius as a destination.

Some are born with the gift, others work damn hard to be as good or even better as the naturally gifted ones.

When the less gifted reaches or even surpasses the gift of the so called geniuses, he too is a genius.

"Genius is 1% Talent and 99% Hard Work." - Albert Einstein

Tella will be playing as an AMF this time around
He is a very good AMF I rate him as an AMF than a winger he is just makeshift winger natural position is AMF.
