The Minister said "13,000MW generated", but not "transmitted"...The generated power is not the bone of contention here, rather it's the transmission of power to the nook and cranny of the Country, both extremely rural, partly rural and urban areas... Have we gotten there in Nigeria? No!! But, God help us to have good leaders that will stabilize Nigeria power supply!!

Only Yoruba muslims will believe this rubbish
I think it is true. The light has gotten better.
Past 1 month plus in my bar, I have spent less than 6k on fuel for Gen. Previously by same time I would have spent over 25k.
Guess there must be improvement as my workers don't call me for approval to buy fuel like before.

Where is the power? This is audio megawatt of electricity been generated.
Haba for how long this lie will stop? Enough of this propaganda and invisible achievement.
Darkness is still overwhelmed the nation the Aso rock budget for electricity is huge and someone is on social media tell this kind of lie.
Nigerian is looking towards achievement of more than 13megawatts but this very one is a pure false.

What's the point if you dont have the capacity to distribute more than 5000W. Upgrade our distribution systems so as to be able to distribute.

With which finance abi you think say na grass dem dey use generate power

Dude!

There is such a thing as PPP (Public/Private sector Partnership).

Lots of companies can build without a dime from FG, run and get paid with a tax concession regime so they recoup their money fast. Lots of banks out there are ready to fund such and create another income stream for themselves for years to come.

The developed world is not like Nigeria. They plan for the medium and long term, unlike this country.

Like I said, some official in Aso Rock or elsewhere will want to turn such into his cash cow. Herein lies our problem.

This is NL. A faceless forum. However, just rest assured that I know what I'm talking about.

The question is, have you fee any changes? You do not know anything than discrediting APC Because of your party affiliation, PDP.

I have seen changes in our electricity here, it's more stable than it was in 2018.
Probably your area may be good however others aren't

Congratulations Federal Government for this great feat, 12 hours and above of Power on daily basis, truthful and trustworthy Nigerians are giving you kudos

Everything should not be politicized
The truth is few areas enjoy 12hrs power supply while majority don't

How did this happen when Buhari has not constructed a single power generating plant?

He came to meet all the existing plants, most were completed. Let this clown tell us exactly what they did to get this audio figure?

South Africa began investing in power infrastructure as far back as the early 19th century (the 1820s).

Nigeria's first power plant was commissioned in 1964. Kainji Dam.

Nigeria is not South Africa's mate in terms of development.

What do you mean by Nigeria is not south africa's mate?

I want to be clear, Did you mean Nigeria is better than South Africa?
