The Minister said "13,000MW generated", but not "transmitted"...The generated power is not the bone of contention here, rather it's the transmission of power to the nook and cranny of the Country, both extremely rural, partly rural and urban areas... There is such a thing as PPP (Public/Private sector Partnership).

Lots of companies can build without a dime from FG, run and get paid with a tax concession regime so they recoup their money fast. Lots of banks out there are ready to fund such and create another income stream for themselves for years to come.

The developed world is not like Nigeria. They plan for the medium and long term, unlike this country.
