90 percent of the Bauchi Student in my University that I know are Under Bauchi Payroll Bauchi state is one of the highest states with Ghost Workers followed by Yobe in the North that I know i dont of the Situation in the South |

cenaman: Ghost workers are not dead people. Imagine that in a government establishment, the actual number of staff who come to work is 200, but the government is paying salaries to, let's say 250 people, that means there are 50 imaginary staff (that don't exist in real life) with fake credentials, not working but getting paid. It could be some of the 200 actual workers that secretly double as ghost workers, cheating the government. |
