Its a pity that when most persons that are being owed ROI by MBA come here to complain they get insulted by most people and these thread instead of getting solution they seek.The truth is that MBA is owing so many person's,not everyone gets paid.Go to their branch and you will see a lot of complains.Me have not yet been paid since september 18th,thats two months now.Have gone to their office several times but its still stories upon stories.Am just fed up of everything.

Pls what solution will such complaints bring here? There is nothing anyone can do to render help to such issues, my ROIs was delayed and I kept sending mails and went to their office, later the money was paid. I think they are having issues with their new payment platform and from my Knowledge payment is Centrally done as each branch prepare monthly payments schedule and send to Abuja. If you noticed you will discover that those that invested online are not having their ROIs delayed. So still go back to their office as no one can help here.

Why do you seek for solution where there is none? You know where you invested right? That's the only place your problem could be solved.
Most people come here to tarnish the image of MBA (I wonder why). That's the reason why every negative comment will be dealt with severely. After all, there is no assurance that you're actually an investor. Small guy man once told us that he invested 800k but we later found out that he is an audio investor.
So young man, if you're actually an investor and truly you've not been paid since September, go to their office and break bottles.

Is it remotely possible that some of you opted for the quarterly ROI plan without even knowing you did? I'm just thinking out loud because I know that for offline investors, the 6 months plan has been modified to a quarterly ROI structure while the 12 months plan still maintains the monthly ROI structure. So it could be possible that some of you expecting monthly ROI might be under the quarterly ROI plan... but if that's not the case, then I apologize for being presumptuous. Notwithstanding, It's best for those who are genuinely experiencing delayed ROI payments to reach out to the MBA team on their official platform or send a mail to them or visit their office. Did he withdraw uninvested funds together with his ROI ?

Hard times indeed, I invested , 4.640m, 2.5m and 1m and all the ROIs have been paid so your friend if he has done something wrong while investing online sure there would be delayed. Your friend's case is the first online delayed payment that this thread will record.

Let him confirm very well the package he chooses cus this new 6 months package online seems to be quarterly payment that is if this is his first ROI

You aren't far from the obvious truth. I am an old investor and can say I was only delayed once. This things happen. Now I have opted from the old scheme to Huge Saver which is monthly. Let investors and audio investors stop coming here to complain please. Have any genuine concerns, reach out to your account officers. Even in banks it's done that way. They said 17th and 18th investors are having some issues, 20,21,22 and onwards have been paid one of the 17th investor who was also experiencing same thing went to their office and was told same thing but he was paid yesterday. You'll get paid even me i still dey wait for my own

Exacytly. I got mine on the due date, and the online platform is very flexible.

The truth is there are delays. My ROI inclusive.

Investors should check into the office or account officers to know the reasons why if you can, since that is the default response in here.

Since this is an Investors forum, Fellow members, pls if u can, look away if u can't offer a relief response.... Money is involved here and some investors are new to the forum.. Not sure everyone that complain here is a potential bigguyman.

Your response suggests that you are on the old investment plan. There was a branch meeting today regarding the delays. Some branches have even been paid up to 26th. But for some reasons which I can't get into here, some branches are a bit behind. Especially the Lagos Branches.

We do have our shortcomings especially with regards to responding to emails. There's an on-going plan to improve this bad culture within the business. As a young growing business, we are still evolving and improving our process flows. For the time being though, please bear with all the difficulties of "bad" communication and other "misdeeds" we might have done. We are working to attain Excellence in our engagements with customers
