In this your comment only Neymar captained his country at 22 and he had more than 30 caps for his country before then and was an experienced player for the side, currently he is no longer their captain and hasn't been for years. The rest of the players you mentioned weren't their national team captain.

Seeing a lot of brothers saying Osimhen's goal was ruled out for offside, when it was actually because the free-kick taker took two touches before delivering the cross.

Also, Osimhen was not carded for the actual fouls but his reaction to both fouls.

So Varane captained France for a game means he was the French captain. Hugo Lloris has been the French captain since 2012. He wasn't in goal for France in that game and Varane didn't start that game as captain, it was Matuidi who did but was subbed off at half time. Torres, Totti are not on that list and Neymar had more than 30 caps before he was made Brazil captain. Osimhen shouldn't be made SE captain now

Again - how many of them were long term? How many had less caps than Osimhen? Being captain for one or two games isn't a big deal. But long term?? Is Draxler, Varane and Ramsey still captain? How long was Ze Elias captain for?

Gernot Rohr is boosted by the return of Daniel Akpeyi who was in goal for Kaizer Chiefs on Tuesday as they beat Chippa United 1-0 in a Premier Soccer League game at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
Having missed Chiefs 3-0 1loss to Mamelodi Sundowns, Akpeyi was cleared to face Chippa after missing the end of last season due to ill- health and after also obtaining a new South African work permit.

Swiss-born Nigerian goalkeeper, Sebastian Ogenna Osigwe has finally got his much-awaited first ever invitation into the Super Eagles even ahead of the AFCON qualifiers against Sierra Leone next month.
Osigwe has never hidden his desire to represent Nigeria despite being born in the Swiss city of Luzern to a Nigerian father and will be ready to grab the opportunity with both hands after being invited.

The 31-year-old had actually disclosed his readines for the two games against Sierra Leone with his performances for Heartland back in March which had seen him keep six clean-sheets in ten matches.

A compliment is a compliment so I will take it. Now show me the book that these imaginary prerequisites are written? We should want to follow along on his trajectory. It is not about what he has done but what we know he has the ability to do. Which is take Nigeria to the next level. With his profile and characteristics I think it would be a no brainier. He seems like the type of person who does better with more responsibilities.
