We are on the issue of religion here, focus! Doctrine and tradition here are as it applies to religion, not ideas outside of religion, please.

My definition of religion is not simply doctrines and traditions of men. Religion is a man-made construct built atop of doctrines and traditions that originate in the minds of men, for the purpose and glory of men. So, one who believes in the doctrines and traditions of men is essentially a religionist i.e. he/she is covered under the umbrella that is religionism.

Even Jesus Christ Himself said that the words He taught were not His but from His Father, God, and we both know God is not a man.
God's teachings are not doctrines and traditions of men.

According to Jesus Christ, following after the doctrines and traditions of men nullify the power of God in the lives of those who do so, meaning that God is made null... no longer a part of what those who adopt these doctrines and traditions do.

Mark 7 vs 1-13 (ERV)

Reading through the passage from Mark, it is clear that those who hold to the doctrines and traditions(rules) of men, taught by men, make render their worship of the divine meaningless, and make void the word of God in their lives. So, regardless of their intentions and beliefs in their religion, the divine is completely removed from the plan that is their life as a result of their choice of man's doctrines and teachings over God's instructions. Essentially, those who subscribe to the doctrines and teachings of men are in fact anti-God since, through their very acts, they render God's word null in their lives, therefore setting themselves up against God.
