Im not sure about changing this type of info on your profile after ITA. Why is it taking them time to give u your physical copy. Is something wrong with going there in person?.

Remember, ITA is obtained with the info u put in there and u can't update IELTS without your TRF cos your documents submitted should match what u had in the system when selected for ITA. Try and get the physical copy 1st, this is my earnest opinion.

its clearly stated in the ITA letter. You can edit things as long as your scores dont drop below the crs scores. Its just a trf number, you could have put a wrong trf there without knowing and realize post ita. Wont you change it The visa officer is only interested in the authenticity and scores of the ielts using the link on the trf.

Law school + LL.B with WES is evaluated as 2 degrees. LL.B alone with IQAS is evaluated as professional degree.

I didn't deal with GTB but the defunct Diamond bank, when I submitted my PR application. I contacted a staff person and they helped me with all the documents I needed, remotely. So if you know someone in GTB, they should be able to process your POF without having to physically visit the branch.

if you've worked for up to three years you can claim 481 points with your profile. But you need to claim it quickly before your 30th birthday. Get WES to verify your masters degree and get an IELTS score of LRWS 8.5,8.0,7.5,8.0 . Things are changing quickly

Your reference letter from employer will reflect your duty in the role you were occupying. If it doesn’t tally with the noc code you might have to wait for 5 years �

If I understand correctly, this was a case of false misrepresentation. Others can chime in too, but I believe if you've been charged for such immigration offence in America and the decision was not repealed nor appealed, Canada probably has the information and you have to wait for a few years until you can apply again, as long as you are not banned for life. And I believe you will have to answer questions regarding your past visa applications when you apply for your Permanent Residence.

You can get the letter from your employer and also that from your supervisor as well as his/her business card or ID, if possible get a mail response from your employer that state they can't include your duties and do a letter of explanation alongside.
