I applied to Canada to do an MBA in August 2016 and while filling my application, under work experience, I filled the procurement officer which I was doing at the educational institution. This is because when I asked for a reference letter from coy A, I was turned down as I had not completed my probation period. Besides, I needed just one reference letter and it was easier to get the letter from the educational institution being family owned than from Coy A. Please note, by this time, I had gathered experience in both procurement and Sales.

I stopped working for the educational institution by 2017 to focus fully on my sales career, especially as I had started thriving and receiving awards from there, I was also confirmed after the probationary period and had decided on focusing fully on my sales career. I reapplied for the study visa in March but did not change the work experience. I was denied based on POF.

FF to 2019, while filling my express entry profile, I claimed points for the territory sales manager from 2016 to 2017 as this is the NOC which I have over 3 years works experience. IRCC has sent an email to coy A and have also gotten a response. However, they have sent a procedural fairness letter citing possible misrepresentation of my work experience during that period. I have the offer letter from coy A, email correspondence before I got the job, when I started. I can request for the email turning down the reference letter request I made for reference to school, I have letters from when I was congratulated for a job well done, I have my signed letter of acceptance of the offer etc.

I need advise on if these can be presented as I have heard that a procedural fairness letter almost always precedes a refusal even after all evidence is submitted. I have been on this process for over a year and a lot of funds have gone into this.

I did raise a letter of explanation 1st week of October after seeing the update from the visa officer on my last GCMS note. Not sure if this got to them. My head is all done in at this point because of the time I have spent and the funds which have gone in. And it is sad that all the research I have done, I have not seen a positive after this PFL.

I think the biggest mistake was not including the family institution I worked in personal history, so it seems conflicting or like I was deliberately hiding something. I have contacted immigration lawyers but the rates for consultation only are pressing my neck.

Sometimes we make things difficult for both ourselves and the immigration officials. One story today and another story tomorrow. If you were not formally working at the family business there would have been no need to use that to secure
an MBA admission or study visa. Now it has come to hunt you. You can write a letter of explanation and allow the visa office use his/her discretionary powers. Always good to stand on the side of truth as data remains accessible for as long as the holder wants to keep it.

IF all the money is from husband no need to transfer upandan just get consent letter from him that you have access to the money. Trick is keep it simple whatever u decide to do.

WES and OAU are showing me Shere. WES sent a notification that they've sent an email to oau for verification last month but the guys in OAU are insisting that they've not gotten it, I've paid different people to check and the feedback is the same. WES insists that they've sent it.

I've also sent a mail to WES to resend, but they want to wait for 7 weeks before resending. I'm counting on ITA this year and that ECA is a vital part of it.

What a situation you're in Tell them the truth, appeal to their sense of mercy, pray and have faith! Tell them as it is and say you are willing to accept whatever they deemed fit given the situation. Tell them that you were clearly a double agent & give evidence. Coy A was a part time engagement while coy B was a permanent full time job. Say you had to indicate coy B now because of PR app requirements (although they weren't willing to give ref letter initially).

Visiting the bank is easiest/ most straightforward - just go to the customer reps. If you know your account officer and have engaged the person before you can reach out to them on WhatsApp and send a photo of the request letter (you know the usual dear sir/madam I am writing to request...) and they can start the process for you. But I believe you will still have to go there physically to sign for it and pick up. If you go there just as the bank is opening you can probably be done in an hour.
