Thi should be a confidential document nah.. It is not not everything you expose online. There are some info I can dissect from that shot.

Better off, ask someone that has gotten before. Exchange contacts to confirm.

I think going forward, people should stop mentioning NYSC in their Reference letter or Application..Just put the duties/responsibilities vis-a-vis your NOC Code..

I wish to seek seniors input to my application basis the recent update which I got for my application.

My AOR was 14th December 2019 and I have basically waited for almost one year for a decision to be made. In between, I have order 2 GCMS notes, ordered the 3rd last week and I was just waiting for a response when this morning I got the procedural fairness letter.

What was highlighted is below;

Specifically, In your current application you declared that you had worked as Territory Pre-Sales Manager for company A Ltd from February 2016 to August 2017. You also provided a Confirmation of Employment Letter from the Human Capital Manager of Coy A, dated August 06 2019, which indicated that you had worked Territory Pre-Sales Manager Coy A Nigeria Ltd from February 2016 to August 2017.

Omo...this your matter na gbege ooh.

But you can scale through, if you can put up a very solid LOE.

What you may need to say is the fact that you were working in the other company on part time bases as a result of your relationship as family member (Child)
You will explain further on the fact that you needed to ensure things run smoothly due to your position in the family, since the company is owned by your parents.
You may need to attach prove to show the company actually belongs to the family.
Also state the fact that you needed to be independent was reason you got a job of your own.

Thank you so much for your response. No, the POF sum is not yet complete already in Zenith bank reason I asked if we can be moving money from individual savings to ZB.

(1)NO...only POF bank requires bank letter
(2)Do u have the POF sum in the Zenith bank already? If yes get a reference letter and SOA (if applicable).
(3)In my opinion to keep it simple if the money is split btw both couple personal savings, accompanying spouse ONLY should transfer to PA savings account(Bank A) that has the bulk money. This way all you need is Bank letter & SOA from Bank A and an LOE explaining the bulk transfer from your spouse to support your immigration plans. IF all the money is from husband no need to transfer upandan just get consent letter from him that you have access to the money. Trick is keep it simple whatever u decide to do.

Regarding the low salary. I wish we could remind VOs we all applying for PR cause the most of us been receiving shitty salaries in countries we is.

Disregard those feedback on not being able to use NYSC. You can use your Nysc application as long as you are willing to be truthful. This journey is all about honesty and proof. The applicant wasn't truthful. He or she claimed a full time work experience from May 2016 to May 2018 and at the same time claimed experience for NYSC from March 2016 to April 2017 in NAFDAC a different organization totally. Please do the maths. Everyone knows NYSC is mandatory and you can't claim to be doing an extra job even if in reality he or she was probably ghosting. However you can't eat your cake and have it. He or she should have left NYSC out of the application as they don't tally. The person was packaging to get point for 3 years but forgot to do the maths and got caught up. You can't be claiming full time employment for two years and still claim another one year experience within the same one year. I would also flag it if I was a VO. Most people didn't take their time to read the GCMS note. They just saw NYSC and are already propagating what is not. Use anything so long you can prove it. My two cents. To everyone who like to advice, while we know it's from a good place, and some people derive joy in seeing other people helpless and confused. Please know something, everyone is stressed out already from this journey and this year as a whole, the only ray of hope may be this journey of trying to immigrate. Don't make it harder for others because you are not using it or not in their situation.

The salary part can be contested sha. It's only subjective to the VOs opinion. Nigeria is a county with 18k as minimum wage. The only person that is in a fix is the Nysc person because the person messed up the dates seriously. He or she goofed, he is not being rejected because of NYSC.

The engineer can win the battle. The VO is human and that is his or her opinion which can be questioned. A company with no online presence can pay shitty salaries. There are so many pharmacist earning 60k, so many doctors earning peanuts. The first question to ask is what is Nigeria's minimum wage in real life and not on paper? 18k. Which means you can earn a little above that and still be a pharmacist. The VO doesn't know what it means to be a Nigerian. They pay ridiculous amount and will expect you to work your ass off on the useless money they are paying. Ask the bank marketers (the outsourced ones).

Thank you Prettiepearlz. I knew something was fishy. There's no way VO will know its NYSC if you don't mention it. Just get a letter head from your workplace and and get the duties, date intact. You are good to go.

We can't say NYSC experience is useless. Quite hilarious, to say the least.

Lol some of our nigerian people always in one complicated issue or the other. My first job in Nigeria started in March 2015 (on contract) and one day off every week for the NYSC CDS. Completed NYSC in October/November 2015 and began a full time position at the same organization immediately till August 2016. Moved to another organization for a similar role in November 2016 and by November 2018 I had attained the required three year experience. However, I didn't want to submit work references from two organizations with two different NOCs (2173 and 2174) and start writing LOEs. Thus I waited another year and got a reference letter from one organization after working 3 years and 4 months.

I believe in making things easy for myself and whoever is reviewing my application. Same way I went to the US consulate in 2017 for a visa interview and saw some of my fellow Nigerians dolling out complicated stories to the VO. Watch out for Gift deeds as they'll soon start denying applications where a gift deed accounts for a substantial percentage of the POF
