Candanyl: I don’t know much about PNP but you need to present the facts clearly . - Your CRS is 450 as at 29th October 2020 - You are expecting ITA from SINP? Did you apply specifically on their website (I think it is called EOI) and receive nomination thereby taking your scores up to 1000 +? If yes, the draw on 28th October didn’t happen so no one has received an ITA yet. |

Before I finally commented on this thread I’d been a silent follower of the previous threads and I was not interested in relocating to Canada until a few months ago. I was on Nairaland with a previous username and very popular in the birthing thread because I had my babies thanks to the knowledge gained on there. I was greeted with so much sarcasm when I first wrote on this thread but I didn’t allow that deter me , I held on to those who gave me Positive answers to the questions I sought clarification on. One time I made a comment about people being rude and overbearing on this thread because it was getting annoying, People especially newbies were scared to ask questions and some people made comments- like how was this person rude but I ignored because I won’t engage in any form of argument whatsoever with anyone I don’t even know from anywhere. Everyone needs to tone it down , you don’t know anyone on here and we are only here to help to the best of our knowledge. If you can’t help just jump and pass don’t bother asking snide remarks , rude comments or emojis. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Candanyl: Meeting the MEC just means you are eligible for the FSW program. Draws are based on CRS score and yours is not high enough to get an ITA based on current score trend. For the SINP I'm assuming you created an EOI on their website, although you may not have received an invitation maybe due to your NOC not targeted or you did not meet other requirements (sometimes they have additional requirements for certain scores like length of work experience) Also, do check that your SINP has not exceeded one year. Hope this helps 1 Like |

jancollins: Thank you. If only I can upload a copy of the LOE I submitted last week. I stated that it was my first real experience and I took up the offer for both the family business and the company. I worked remotely for the family business and most of the responsibility was via mail and phone calls. But then I was full time with my sales organisation and I stopped working with our family business because I had began to enjoy my sales career and needed to focus on it. Every other roles I have after has been a sales jobs as this was where I needed to hone my skills. What I didn't do though was upload proof that there is a family business. I have all the certificates of registration and tax with me, I also have my statement of account where I received pay boldly writen far back as 2016 with the family business name. The school has a website with my mums name as proprietoress and I will share my birth certificate with my mother and father's name. |

Thanks for your response to my previous response guys. In the event I'm unable to get a reference letter from one of my previous employers, Can I make use of my Employment letter, Resignation Acceptance letter and bank statement showing salary inflow instead? Your response will be appreciated. |

Gift deed is a normal thing especially if it comes from a close relative, preferable parents. Lots of parents in Canada have to give their children a huge sum of money for them to use as down payment for a house. Gift deed would not go away.. What might happen is the possibility of CIC to request for additional documents to show that the person who gives the money is actually capable of doing so - Just as in the study permit process. philaw: |

Pls does this mean that the new French points will be used as a yardstick in the next draw? If yes, I'm afraid that next draw might be upto 480 ooo. sauuron: |

Cheerfulmum: Just don't panic. Yes it would because the portal already accommodate the requirement. However, how many people would learn French and obtain d band within 2 weeks? I believe the effect would start showing from another 4-6 months. My guess though. 1 Like |

Hello All, Please I just realize that my job description in one of my places of work I intend to use for work reference (a primary health centre) for NOC 3113 (Dentist) does not closely match the NOC job description, majorly because I did not carry our any procedures (such as scaling and polishing, filing, extraction etc.). This is because the primary health centre does not have the relevant equipment. So most of what I did were examining patients with dental and oral complaints, administer drugs, refer to tertiary hospitals where the case is beyond what we could manage, Management of pediatric patients (Dietary counselling, fluoride therapy) and Oral health education. However, most of the other activities I carried out closely match that of Physician Assistant, which is part of NOC 3124 (Allied primary health practitioners). Even though I am a Dentist by training, do you then think I should change my NOC to 3124 post ITA, or leave at NOC 3113, based on the explanations above. |

Prettiepearlz: My thoughts exactly. In addition, the NYSC Mathematics teacher did not perform the standard duties in the lead statement and job description. Hence they regarded it as an internship. A lawyer that served as a lawyer during NYSC, appearing in court and performing other lawyer duties while serving will not be regarded as an intern( for instance). 1 Like |

NOC is really tricky. The NOC always says This group performs *some or all of the following duties* So I think you should go for the NOC that has most of your duties Pabodan: |

For people that have questions on GTbank reference letter. Their letter does not contain all the information required by IRCC. I tried to pressure them to include all the details and they bluntly refused. So what I've done is to get three different letters from them and my bank statement. I got a reference letter, letter of non- indebtedness and letter of fixed deposit. I'll do the necessary explanations in my LOE. I hope this is helpful. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Hello house, please I received my evaluation from WES recently, I noticed that the year my degree was awarded is 2016 instead of 2015, I then decided to check all forms I filled , even the application I sent to my school, and it's 2015 I wrote. I sent a mail to WES, though they ve not replied. Will this error have a negative impact if left unresolved now or in the near future. |
