Recount differences can be as little as 100 votes. That man just wants to waste time and his money.

There's also about 8,800 ballots mailed out to servicemen and Georgians overseas which may or may not come in by Monday. Servicemen ballots tend to swing Republican, while professional Americans working overseas may sway democrat. So Georgia might not be called definitively for a few days.
