You're right on every thing you said apart from the salary. 27k is paid to floor staff, like the Cooks, the cashiers, the Host, the fryers etc. All depending on the store you're working in, a store that makes up to 1.5 million daily, their floor staff are paid 32k which is higher than a store that makes less than that.

There are shift managers, assistant managers and main restaurant manager.

Shift managers are paid 60k for stores that make 800k and above daily, while those make below are paid 55k.

Assistant managers are paid 90k for those that make 1 million and above daily, while those that make below are paid 85k.

Then RMs I think they're paid 120 or something of sort. Then there are Area managers who are paid higher than RMs.

That is just how it works, if one can endure and work diligently, you get promoted, and get higher salaries.

I hope you know people they pay 28k are not managers? They're floor staff. And there are people that slack at their jobs.

How do you expect them to promote someone that slack at their jobs? And to management position for that matter.
