I live in SW and I have met very smart Igbos, Ibibios, Deltans, even Togolese and of course my fellow Yorubas.
Honestly speaking, in all my life I havent come across one smart fellow from the core north. Not one. Of course my exposure is limited to them but the ones I've come across, not much to write home about.
