What about eligibility passed? What does it mean? I thought it came after MEP/BIL, why is it before MEP in my case?
Ejay:

MEP/BIL is now within 45-60 days after AOR.

Jesus Christ, just relax would you? The person you are asking is not the VO. Just give IRCC time to process your application, is not even up to a month yet. Lord have mercy!!!

Just calm down. You should even be grateful and happy that eligibility has been passed this early. Congrats in advance

from the bottom of my heart I say may God bless u abundantly for his response. Thanks a lot. However, some well experts here says that IRCC accepts IT so far it was paid. Also there websites even said a student can count working experience but there was a clause attached to it. . . @kekeerun also clerified this some time ago. @kekeerun can u pls still emphasize this point for better clarification?

Hello,

Please see attachment and instructions from IRCC. I know this is simple english but i need other eyes to help me, so I do not make mistakes.

Me and my spouse are Nigerians with Nigerian passport but my kids are americans. I am the principal applicant, should i still send my kids american passports or just me and my spouses nigerian passports.

If you can’t give an insightful reply, it’s best you pass next time.

While I am grateful it was early, I’m just a bit confused because I thought MEP comes first, hence my question.

Hello, I have a question. Can I call you privately?

It's about medicals as I have a scar in my chest x-ray. My email: tosanakapa@gmail.com

Don't panic about it, I had similar problem but I've been cleared after 3 months wait. You would do sputum test and wait for three months before the results comes out then do x-ray again and you would see chest specialist to clear you

Rhuth:

Firstly, try and read and digest page one of this thread.
[s]Secondly, BSc and OND is not 2 or more certificates.[/s]
It's BSc + masters
BSc + Diploma (like pgd or those professional certification courses like BCS etc)
OND + HND
[s]If you have BSc and OND, it doesn't mean anything. You only evaluate your BSc, that's one certificate. OND doesn't count with it.[/s]
I stand to be corrected though.

@jacknn if you can see this, please don’t follow Rhuth advice. Your Bsc and OND count as 2 or more certificate

@Rhuth please I don’t mean to be rude but if you are not sure of a particular answer please DON’T respond. People’s money, time, sweat and energy goes Into these things. Imagine someone with Bsc and OND start writing Cima or Bcs only to discover it’s entirely useless after spending so much time and money.

@Jacknn YOUR BSC AND OND IS PERFECT AS 2 OR MORE CERT!!

I might be wrong but I think this has to do with the LOE and the statement you have in the employment reference letter submitted. Student internship counts towards employment as long as it is continuous, paid and the duties match those in the NOC lead statement.

1. Yes it is considered 2 or more so evaluate both together
2. Learning French probably has a lot to do with personal abilities, I don't know about scores but there is a TEF thread on nairaland where you should be able to get more info
3. Yes you need a minimum of 1 year continuous, and the rest can be fragmented. You don't need to submit bank statements as proof of salary payment, your reference letter from your employer in IRCC format will include your salary and the ref letter is sufficient.

Wow so insightful thanks, love you'all

You cannot merge your student experiences that way. The only way you can merge your experience is if it is continuous for at least one year and no gap in employment.

For example - you cannot have 8months experience as a student and merge it with a 2 years and 4months experience as a graduate.

You can use student experience if it is for example the last year of your studies and it is continuous with your fulltime employment after school.

hateniger:
Good evening leaders. My case is kinda peculiar and critical. I need informed and experienced information, please.

I have a one year continuous work experience - February 2019-February 2020 after university education (NOC 4031 Secondary school teacher). That's basic and solid.

However, I want to claim three years work experience through the different jobs I did while studying, during OAU strikes and breaks.

For instance, I worked as a Legal Administrative Assistant (NOC 1242) or Paralegal all through my stay in school whenever there was any break. So here and there, I have 7 months, 6 months, 6 months (all same firm) 3 months (another law firm, same NOC duties). Am I good to go claiming these?

Expert opinions pls, and I am set to enter the pool.

You're going to pay for Wes just once. But transcript fee will have to be twice, one for bsc and one for OND, but you will use one reference number

As far as i know they evaluate transcript and you upload certificate. If you don't have a certificate, you can upload statement/notification of result
