akpabio defected to APC when the sitting governor is in PDP. This is entirely different. Sitting governor is PDP and will take the PDP structure to APC. Akpabio didnt take the PDP structure to APC cause he wasn't the governor who control state structure. Udom is.

federal might works exceedingly well in Ebonyi state. I can't say the same for akwa ibom state because Governor Udom had state structure. In Umahi's case, he has state structure and federal might.

And it's beyond that. APC is leaning neutral on the choice of their 2023, flagbearer but every mouse in PDP knows it's for Atiku. So more chances for Igbos in APC than PDP.
