I do not know when Man became a Lower Animal to sense each others heat. No matter how they release hormones, nothing ain't gonna change. Humans smell far Less than your average goat.

I am more of the being 'hot' aspect. Actually, ovulation is a period when the body is ready to receive sperm for fertilization. Meaning her 'heat' period. Seem they work hand in hand and the lady as being in a state of wanting sexual copulation gives off the scent being mentioned.

Anyway, I believe a few males can actually smell a change in a woman's natural body cycle but not be sure about it cause they haven't gotten their senses/nose familiar with the smell.

Like you noted, this process is more accustomed with lower animals due to how their mating process is designed.

Even among married couples, it would serve no purpose still.
A woman who is ovulating would & should be able to pass that information to her husband in words assuming they are TTC.
