Who'd pay him off? Where would the money come from

Rohr should resign instead, he's done his best.

FG will pay him off...that where Dare can come in..

That's common sense honestly. Even winning might not be enough. For all we know his sack letter is being typed

His job is solely depended on sierra leone away match....don't forget rohr is influential too.

it is a good move to make others involved in decisions. But players involvement in team selection is very bad. Let's not allow this draw get into our head to the extent that we start making foolish moves.

Players involvement is mere advisory.

Except there's a clause in his contract that permits us to terminate him when in certain situations.

I'm not sure Nigeria can afford to pay him off.

based on your insight and what i've been reading in various media today i'll be surprised if Rohr is still in charge this time next year no matter what happens with the team

Personally based on my observation on this matter I don't see him being sacked considering the economic et al like that they dont have the fund to sack him it just a mere threat for him to do better...since when he was blasted by Sunday dare and pinnick...he is getting down to business and becoming more serious....
In the next international break alot of player will be axed from the team coz rohr said they are not mentally comitted to the team.

Alright, his contract expires by the 31st of December 2022, that's about 24 months away from now.

He's rumoured to be paid about $50,000 monthly, that's about $1.2 million, there are also arrears to be paid.

Anyway, it's affordable.

When I told u about Rohr's favoritism in selection u did everything u could to guarantee that I was wrong but now that there is a mutiny what are you going to say? The players are not dullards, of course they see that Rohr is being biased.

Ola Aina and Semi Ajayi not starting on Friday was inexplicable if u ask me.

My Broda to be candid with you ...I don't really see biasness in rohr selection but his only mistakes was his inability to read games.
Aina didnt start because of his height...rohr argued the sierra Leonian are tall..and their aerial threat could be neutralized by apkoguma who is taller than aina...if you notice rohr was very quick to introduce Paul that was because of their aerial threat..
His inability to read games cost him the game.

Musa and chukwueze

Iheanacho and chukwueze

Bonaventure and chukwueze

Any of those duo should lead the attack in a 3-5-2 formation

You want chuks as a 2 man striker when he is surely not a striker but na you go still blame coach for playing others out of position

reports about dressing room unrest shouldn't come as a surprise.

My big fear with NFF dragging feet with Rohr's sack is the possibility of turning this generation into a group of underachievers. The players can already see this coming.

That's how the Ivorian golden generation between 2005 to 2015 made no meaningful impact on the international scene and could only boast of a single AFCON title in 2015.

Rohr has paid his dues..This super eagles team need an upgrade on him.. preferably a foreign one...our local coaches come with too much baggage..

And how did he perform ?

I dont want a 3-5-2 formation i rather have a 4-3-3 to accomodate chuks on his main position as a winger

If i am going with a 3-5-2 then i will go with Dennis and iheanacho

Did rohr play dennis in th e first leg self ?

The centralization of team selection and substitution has been decentralized...it won't be based on rohr's decision only but the backroom crew, and senior members of the team which are musa, ekong, balogun and iwobi...I know iwobi name will be a shocker to many of y'all here but iwobi is a big figure in the locker room.
iwobinho!!!! grin. My brother idenna will not like this grin

This is a big shame on Rorh. When it get to the point where the players have a say in team selection, then something is wrong with that coach.
BTW, the same Iwobi? I am surprised.

True , in my football viewing center i tried using AIT on dstv. They were in the studio but as soon as they are about to kick off the station was locked up , I had to switch to NTA sports on startimes.
Did NTA sports on startimes air the match?

I understand the fact many of y'all are not happy with the result on saturday but we have tuesday to redeem ourselves.I understand the fact rohr lack of tactical in-depth caused us the match and also lack of determinations of the players because most of them are still young but we have to burn the bridges and move on ....tomorrow is another day for us to redeem ourselves so let shift focus to tomorrow match.
