How can folks be paying government to do be released from kidnap by the security forces?

Sincerely I am fed up. And they're happy. For what exactly?

Its like the constitution is a waste and should be thrown away so we fully know we live in a society where anything goes angry

The Buhari govt is just making these youths popular by various unreasonable actions in an attempt to muzzle the true aspirations of the Nigerian people. This will not stop the movement, until there's true change in the country, we move.

This is a loss. Nigerians are so used to oppression that they celebrating a 1M bail.

What kind of nonsense is this? Should the man be arraigned in the first place? For what exactly? Why the nonsense jubilation? Your jubilation validates their oppression, you non-thinking dimwits! angry

This is akin to Nigerians that will stupidly shout 'UP NEPA' after being deprived of electricity supply for weeks, sometimes months.

It shows most blacks run their lives on emotions instead of critical thinking. undecided

The Judiciary just like the other arms of government is proving to be a symbol of oppression.

What the hell is the 1M bail for?

Thank you. A big loss. He should have been discharged immediately he got to court. Our system is broken. Imagine granting someone that protested peacefully 1m bail, wtf is wrong with this country?

There are videos and pictures of hoodlums wrecking havoc during the protest, one particular one with cutlass but they never did anything about it

Sorry, guy. You're from a real shithole country, that's why you're going thru this for simply demanding justice and accountability from your Govt and security agencies. Sad. In your next life hopefully you'll be born in a place that'll appreciate you

Our judges are definitely corrupt.

In saner clime, the judge would have dismissed the case and awarded damages against the NPF

It shows we are coming from a weak position. You don't celebrate a loss in the face of your tyrant -- never!

I have the picture and even edited it a little. Must be this one. Wait for it... grin

He's ceremonial. Osibanjo is even 'deader' than Buhari. We are ruled by a higher force of evils. Osibanjo is a joker there; he knows. He was just used to secure votes -- that's all.

Foolish men like him will not join our struggle for Oduduwa but keep defending 'One Nigeria' and 'Anti-Restructuring'

Only idiots take him serious.

I dedicate this achievement to all victims of police brutality in Nigeria. Also to all the gallants youths of the soro soke generation, they can only bend us but will never break us.

Finally to one guy who I look forward to every of his comments here on Nairaland. They call him "The Apostle of ugly truth' Nwamaikpe! We are glad to have you back sir.

Wow, what an achievement
Re: Eromosele Adene: Court Grants #EndSARS Protester Eromz, N1m Bail by YoungWildFree: 2:05pm On Nov 17, 2020
We should have nothing but empathy for the youths siding with Government (even those whose nurture and shit.ty education, do not know their right as a citizen. And worse still, are not aware of of the miseducation/ dehumanization of the youth, that is arising from being in 100L(1st semester) in 2019, then 100L(2nd semester) in 2020 and maybe, 100L(2nd semester) in 2021.

Of course, they cannot understand the evil, these leaders purposefully are exposing us to. Buhari & Osinbajo know these and they will not want to de-humanize their "lovely" kids. Hence, reason, why they ship their kids to "non-ASUU", "non-strike infested" and "non-inadequately funded" education abroad (and even have the audacity to flaunt it on social media; to the applause of these victims)

Just substitute the shitty education with Police and military impunity, brutality and violence; and the picture, will become clearer.
Once again, let have sympathy for those who cannot see this. they are the real victims. Stockholm syndrome is real.
