You don't need to book appointment for Lithuanian visa application submission. Police character is not needed but only needed for the processing of your Residence permit. Police character last for three months only then expire. Is advisable to get it after your visa is out not for application submission. Rousel: |

NkemJesus: You kept saying you don't need visa appointment for Lithuanian visa. But the new rules says you need it. Not only that you also need police clearance certificate to submit your application. Let your statement be based on facts but not on assumptions. I said something here last week based on facts. You still come up here to give people wrong information. Time will tell if they need it or not when anyone is turned down at the submission centre. |
Re: Lithuania Student Visa by mikol(m): 4:28pm On Nov 18, 2020 |
Rousel: You do need to schedule an appointment with VFS to submit your application. You also need a police clearance certificate. Your passport must be at least 18months valid for an undergraduate course that I know but not too sure of a master's course. You can always contact VFS for clarity purpose through any of their contact details. Do not schedule an appointment if you fall short of any of the conditions above otherwise, your appointment fee is gone. 1 Like |

I got an updated information from insider at vfs it was confirmed that appointment is made and the fee is the normal vfs charges then the applicant can pay the balance of ups Currier at submission and this development was implemented after our own interview. Passport should not be less than 1year and 6momths. Police character clearance is not needed for submission because is not part of visa requirements unless you feel like including it. It is only needed for resident permit at arrival. Police character clearance is valid for just 3 months. I never included it and was not asked but was called for interview. I pray each and everyone got his or her visa so we pray. Amen. |

Yes you can apply for B.Sc program despite having B.Sc already so far you can convince them enough why you want to go for that course on B.Sc program. Program dose not affect visa chances but don't by any means use anything fake because if you do, you are on your own. Sammynelson: |

Guys, I read you won't be able to submit your application in UAE if you are not a residence. You can't submit D visa application as a tourist. How true is this? |

Re: Lithuania Student Visa by NkemJesus: 9:12pm On Nov 20, 2020 |
I think that information is false. A friend of mine travelled from south Korea to Dubia for her National visa D. She spent about 9days it came out she went back to south Korea and she is a citizen of Liberal. Another of my friend from South African went there too for her National visa D application and she was denied at first due to insufficient money then weeks later she went back there again and she was given all this happened just last month ie October. Hi @all... I have gone through all pages of this thread and some research myself, so kinda have some knowledge of what I need to do from the admission stage to the visa application, but I am not too clear about the sponsors and finance documentation if anyone is knowledgeable/ has first-hand experience would be kind enough to share. so I actually have my own funds from tuition to sustenance, but I lack employment history as my last official job was in the UK (carer, and had my B.A and PGC there as well) since 2015. I have been back to Nigeria since 2016 and have been working from home with amazon mech. Turk (amazon sees us not as staff but as an independent contractor/freelance) so I don't have an employment letter from them, just a transaction history of payments. another option is my dad, who has the needed amount both for my tuition and sustenance but he is now retired. So my questions... if I have my funds but no current employment to show and not self-employed, what document would I need? and in general, if someone has his/her own money is it most to include a sponsor and all that. if I choose to use my dad, now that he is retired what documents would he present? btw, the age factor, I am 35yrs applying for M.A with LCC... a disadvantage? |

Kel001: Yes that's what I'm referring to. But I am confused on if it's a travel insurance or a health insurance to get. When I made an enquiry from one insurance company, I was told I'm to get a travel insurance and will buy the health insurance when I get there. I will be going for the insurance tomorrow and will like to know exactly so I don't make a mistake in the one I'm to get. Thanks. |
