Nigeria buys everything from Kalashnikov to the bullets to grenades to tanks etc. It makes you wonder how much they spend every year on these and what will happen if a military embargo is placed on Nigeria by foreign powers!? Look at it from a different angle.
We cannot produce bullets in Nigeria because we are only a raw materials producer and also a market for the world. So when they make, they sell to us. If not why should that be so difficult if it is a priority. Same reason why electricity is not working even after decades.
