We are most especially excited for some of our folks who joined us to write the BCS Certificate in IT exam in March, a few months ago, passed, completed their ECA's and have gotten their ITA's today. What a joy; what a privilege.

This is a kind reminder to anyone who needs an additional certificate to boost his/her CRS points, that the BCS Certificate in IT is one of the shortest paths to this goal. Next exam is in May 2021 (no thanks to covid), you better don't delay.

I just got 3 years from the university where I work because they added the work I did during my MSc. Can I decline and update my profile with the new work experience or should I just continue with it? Thanks

My interpretation is that if your work experience meets all the IRCC conditions and your CRS is unchanged (pre ITA vs post ITA) you can edit the exact jobs you want to use as your 3 years of work experience.

Whatever you are not using as proof of work experience e.g. NYSC (if you decide not to use it) does not disappear from your life or profile, you will need to update it in personal history.

Don’t decline, just move NYSC to personal history if you aren’t comfortable using it but did you update it prior to now with your MSC work?

Guys, ITA is here. Been following since Part 6 or 7. Wifey almost took another IELTS test last week but she always believed 469 was enough. Its finally here. In few months time, we will share another good news.

Congrats o.. Women tend to have stronger faith. .. We were in exact situation but I couldn't stand the heat as she the PA was going to lose 5points in the 2nd week of December, so I wrote another IELTS on 12th October. The result came out yesterday. LRWS @ 7.5, 7.5, 7, 7.5. L was short of the minimum 8 and so I couldn't add the 2points to the 18 I have added already to take us to 471. Honestly, we were licking our wounds, asking how we allowed MOD to 'swallow' another 75k just like that and strategizing on whether I should give CDT a last try before her birthday arrived. It was in the middle of that conversation a brother I had been ranting to called and said there was a draw @ 469.. Well, the rest is history o. Ours is nothing but a story of grace.

Was your Masters a research work; you also need to review the requirements on the number of hours for the job to qualify, if either of your work or study was done part-time.

You dont have an issue. Work experience is locked at eAPR submission so you can update it

Big congrats to all who got their surprise ITA. By God's grace, I will also testify.

Please seniors, I need some clarification from anyone who has had a similar experience. My ECA came around August but there was a mistake in my DOB(School's mistake apparently). I had to order for a new transcript and it has taken forever to be ready. I am hopeful it goes through to WES this week.

My questions are:
1. Do I need to make another payment to WES since all I need is a correction of the last ECA.
2. Will WES take the same amount of time (I think about 35days) to deliver the new ECA

I am hoping to enter into the pool and take advantage of the dip in scores before my next birthday in Jan. I will appreciate anyone who has had a similar experience to advise. Thanks

Good day everyone, I need clarification on the Enquiry Of Results (EOR) form, I have downloaded the form but the Part B of the form is to be filled by the local IELTS Administrator, will I be the one to give to him or I just have to fill the one I was instructed to fill.
