Sorry to burst your ignorance but the courts don't operate that way. It's like suspected criminals amongst innocent people, the courts would never punish both the innocent and the guilty simply because they are unable to identify the criminals in a mass of people. The courts would rather free them all than punish them all.

If there are mail in voter fraud, the courts will only throw out those that can be proven to be fraudulent. It cannot invalidate votes based on suspicions, circumstantial evidences or mathematical conjectures.
