True but it’s optional(You can pay for that or the standard which is $7/$10). What is need is the soft copy which will be available on your account when your evaluation is completed and it will be emailed to you also. some people have equally gotten their hard copies via the standard courier But it took longer time maybe like 30 days upwards

Why do.you want to waste money on consultants.. the process has been made pretty easy. You dont need anyone to apply for you when you can do it yourself.

You have to be there before 4.15 and try to be on the payment page by like 4.10 , count the seconds with a timer and once it’s 4.15 on the dot click proceed to payment. Make sure you’re using strong internet connection has too many people in the website at the same time makes it really slow

I also did not submit account details showing inflow from salary earned... I gave them only the reference letter...similar to what @Ednut said.

Just ensure the email address in the reference letter is valid and if possible, should not be @yahoo.com, cos if they need to conduct further check, they will most likely write to the address provided.

It was 469 last week. Why are you waiting till May ? I've seen policy changes that affected cut-off scores. If you can get into the pool now kindly do so
