My OPINION:
Generally, people from my part of the world do not eat frogs/toads.
A common saying; If you must eat frog, look for nice, juicy and fat one.
See that course (bolded), it’s a thin, miserable, ugly and croaky frog... strictly my opinion.

Don't waste your time with this course.
If you have the funds to pay for a masters, choose something else, preferably in the STEM world which you already inhabit by virtue of your first degree.
If you're 21, you have a very good chance at securing Express Entry and since emigration is your aim, I'd advise you focused on that too in tandem with any other option you might be considering.

If you like Microbiology then you are better off remaining in that field that International HR interms of job opportunities

Reason is that that's my current address. I might not be able to update my address with my bank because I don't have access to any utility bill for now.

I am more of .Net MVC,.Net Core,Angular and React Js guy. Honestly i think there are lots of roles for different stacks. My coding test was to analyse a set of data, create a schema around it, perform some CRUDE operations around it, created a UI and there were marks allocated to proper coding standards around it and further additions and effizy you can add that earns you extra points. But the Q&A was alot around .Net/ Core, Architecture and Behavioural questions.

Guys, if there’s anyone here that studied Biochemistry, microbiology or any biological science related courses and looking at coming to the UK to further their studies, I’d advise they complete a topup module to upgrade their BSc to uk standard. Do a 5 weeks additional training and start applying for jobs. I think it’s quicker and cheaper than the MSc route in the long run.

I had same problem when I did my visa application. My bank statement address was different(entirely different far away states) from current address and I could not change it within the limited time I had. I got the visa.
So I don't think it matters much if other factors are ok. Though,it may be sensible if you mention a link to the state of the previous address like a previous job or schooling.

It may be worth asking your bank what other bill they will accept as proof of residence.
I eventually updated with a security receipt from the neighbourhood watch. cheers

the updated statement was what I used as the address for my dbs certificate. Now that it has crossed your mind,update it. you never know.

He may and may not need to retrain or register with a UK body. It depends on a combination of factors. There are wide range of professions opportunities for a chartered accountant. Finance, Risk, Audit, Business management etc.

A friend of mine would have her certificate mailed from the UK as she has been awarded a degree. She has been asked to choose a courier service: either DHL or Royal Mail. The DHL would offer a tracking service, which would cost her £20 while the Royal Mail wouldn't offer a tracking service.

Would you advise she use Royal Mail instead of DHL as her certificate would reach her still or she should use the DHL service?

It’s like your sweet friend doesn’t like her certificate. Royal Mail will handover to NIPOST. So do the maths.
