What they are trying to do is to suck up to Trump, amplify his rhetorics and ensure they don't lose support from his rabid base.

I watched a CNN interview today and what i can deduce from that interview is that Trump supporters don't give a damn about the GOP or any party, their loyalty is solely for President Trump, their exposure to the Republican party is because trump is the candidate, Nothing else.

The Lawmakers are just protecting their own interest & in this case at the expense of US Democracy.

While Biden won majority of swing districts in this election, Republicans in congress actually won the majority of the swing districts.

So there's a good chance some people that voted For Biden also voted for other republicans.

Now imagine the thought going through those people's mind with the republican party charades.

Republicans have taken their stand with Trump.

Georgia run-off is a few weeks from now and 2022 is not that far off. Que sera sera.
