Normally five working days. But you can send them a mail if yours is taking longer

No. After the five working days, I did not hear from them so I sent them a mail.

I will advise you should try and attempt to submit, it might change the amount to 0 naira if your application fee has been waived.

Are you sure you're using the fee waiver link?
The way it's works is quite different from what i am seeing on the screen shot. The fee waiver code had to appear on the right bottom.

My sister has MCFS got back to you. I sent my package since 27th of November and no response up till now. I even sent them a reminder since Monday and they even yet to respond to that.

Yes, I just received a response from them on 11th of Dec since 24th of November

I'm having similar issue, please what is the major thing required in the body of the message you sent to the technical support before it was resolved?

You state wat the problem is and attach a screenshot of where u r having issues. Your mail subject shud be MCFSP fee waiver
