Dear Arsenal fans Worldwide

With a heavy heart and with eyes soaked in tears, I Adewale Ajayi and my entire family have decided to dissociate ourselves totally from this club called ARSENAL FC, as we move on in search of better passion and pastures.

The last few months have left us with regrets and shame as we have watched this club continue a steady decline with no hope of a better tomorrow.

We are an ambitious group and we can no longer remain in a ship that is obviously sinking due to the ineptitude of a grade D coach and some below average clowns they call players.

We have watched with absolute dismay and disdain the fall of our beloved Arsenal and we do not want to be counted among failures.

For these reasons we have agreed to quit and move on with our hearts and health intact. We cannot afford to hurt our happiness any further. On behalf of all of us, I commit this taboo, I stepped on the Arsenal badge.

my big bros dt is a die hard gunners fan returned from work yesterday evenin n i texted him abt watching dt match together in the bar as usual and he said he av reduced his voltage as a fan and he only follow their matches on livesccores n highlights..

My elder brother is on BP drugs and said he can not come and kill himself for Arsenal. He does not even follow online again.

It can be sickening following a failing team. Reminds me of Liverpool during the failing times. It literally stopped me from watching football for years.

Same here. I started supporting Liverpool in 2003. The Hodgson/King Kenny era was lowest of my years as a Liverpool fan. Despite this, I stuck with the team. Even when everyone around me laughed at me grin

Exactly.....I remember how Liverpool were always "nearly men" back then but today nko, they are the big dogs of the EPL. No where is certain. Gotta stick with the club you choose to support thru thick and thin!

What do you expect Monaco, Milan, Leeds, and other club fans to now do??!... You were never a true fan jare!!!

The main reason why Arsenal and United can continue to manage their coaches is more or less likely due to financial crisis and shortfalls due to Covid-19... There is no revenue to pay off a coach on a contract, and hire new one.

Besides, continuity sometimes works... Not every coach starts off on a great note (Milan coach is a good case in point).

You are just like me, though I am a Man U fan. I started following Man U since that their year 1999 Champions league victory over Bayern Munich. I have been with them through the good and bad times and will forever remain a Man U fan. This dude is what we call a FAIR WEATHER FAN.

Not just Arsenal... Every club's true fan stays by the club even down to the wire (Relegation)!!! Blackburn Rovers fans still troop out in their numbers cheering them till tomorrow.

I remember some years ago, when it is a task convincing the viewing center owner to show Liverpool matches.

Even in school, whenever people are discussing football and Liverpool matter enters the discussion. Next thing you will hear is "See am there, na Liverpool fan im be o", everybody will burst into laughter. grin

Some viewing center owners will give you condition that they can only show it in a smaller TV, that the other TVs are for other matches.

One of those nights I remember vividly in Kano(during my NYSC), I went to the center to view Liverpool's match, Liverpool were 3 goals up, before you know it they have conceded 3 goals, I know that is one of the reasons they don't take Liverpool's games serious. I almost cried.

I told myself, since it has gotten to this, I will follow LFC games online because it is not easy begging all these guys to show the match everytime.

Here we are today, the best football club in the whole wide world.
