Go to UK high Commission and report him there. For him to have taken your kids out of the country without your knowledge or consent he must have either faked your death or used someone who isn't you to sign a consent form. Either ways, it's a serious immigration fraud to travel with minors using fake documents (death certificate or fake signature). This can get him deported and blacklisted if he's found guilty.
if she tries this your advice and those kids gets deported back to Nigeria, when they grow up and find out their mom was the reason they are stuck in Nigeria, they will forever hate her!


Op better follow family mediation and don't listen to all these evil advisers.


In the long run, it will pay off for you.

Don't make any formal complaint to British High Commission that may lead to their deportation pls. For the sake of your kids don't do it

At times is best to run away to avoid domestic violence. She should look for a medium to communicate with the husband no sane man would want to purnish a woman psychologically with taking her kids away.

He's a violent man, adulterous, alcoholic and a fervent smoker. He gets drunk and get home and beat me up Infront of the children unprovoked. I have evidences and witnesses

I often threaten him I would take my children and go away cause I can't watch and allow them to grow in such a toxic home.

I remembered my uncle then ,he moved with his kids first BC the wife cheated......later after 3 years he came to take the wife ,by then she has changed to a better woman and learnt her lessons,they are still married till today and in California.

No matter how bad the woman is, running away with the children isn't the best option. The man knew that, the woman loves the children very much and he knew that is the only thing he can use to get at her. The man is selfish, because he didn't consider the motherly love and care the children will be lacking if actually he ran to UK. No woman can treat a child like his or her own mother. So the man should stop running away from his problem and iron it out with both his family and his wife's family. I think they will have peace and harmony. I think what causes most problems in marriage is lack of Respect, poor understanding of each other, intolerance.

As a father, my first son was at 81 Division. My 2nd son was at Ayike House. I bloody filled, signed and collected birth certificate from Government as the Father. They are my children, and I can take them anywhere I want , anytime I want without the permission of anybody. They are my responsibility, and they are my personal "property", they are my "load" to carry, not anybody else.

Until they are old and wise enough to sail their own ship, I remain the Captain of their ship and nobody in this world can tell me rubbish that I abducted my children if I take them away. It is me that can arrest anyone else for kidnapping or abduction, including their mother if they take my children away without my authorization.

My children bear my surname, they don't bear nobody else's name but mine. If any woman wants the exclusive right of child "ownership" then go and do gender reassignment surgery to become a man first grin, then marry your own wife or get a baby mama or surrogate mother, so you can now have children that will take after you. But if you can't do that, then forget it, the Father "owns" his children. It's a man's world, if you don't like it, CRY ME AN OCEAN grin grin

I will advice you like a family member. Contact the British High Commission to let them know he never sought your consent. Once you can justify the consent letter he submitted was falsified, his records are shattered and he might be deported. You can find a way to get his number and have that discussion with him before doing that to bring him back to his senses

Have you contacted his HR to be sure he resigned? They should be able to give you that information as his next of kin of he has you listed.

Lastly, to the clowns saying she must have been a bad wife, you don't have enough information to judge any of the parties in this marriage. That said, I know situations where the bad ones are the ones trying to run away with the kids.

stop taking every word serious bro, the power of women relies in their tongue, these reminds me of a day when I was still struggling to survive dats about 5yrs now, i always quarrel with my roommate den so one day I bought an android phone this guy told me dat he will poison me to death or starb me if I'm sleeping and dat he will run away with my new android phone of 54k and my atm card, but I overlooked everything and just see it as an empty threat, till today notin happened and infact he is d one dat secured a good paying job for me today, what if I killed him just because he threatened me I would have been serving in prison by now, bro stop taking dis life serious.

Firstly,
there is 99 percent chance your husband is in Nigeria with all your children. His brother said "He is in the UK". In situations like this, be your own detective and not hear say.

Secondly, for him to take his biological kids to the UK, he needs to demonstrate consistent annual salary of about £50,000 with a three bedroom house for the home office to even consider his application bringing his children as dependants (The success rate of this is 10 percent).

Thirdly, there is always a trace when you have lived with someone for over ten years, use it wisely.
