What u would have said is that Nigeria education is a scam and everyone should go learn a vocation which u and the government should also partake in giving out grants or loans after the youth have finished learning the vocation. Talk like a pastor and not like some road side agbero 1 Like |

Why do one choose to go to the university? To gain knowledge? and not its application? Not to think out of the box. Why spend millions to see one graduate and come out scallywaging on the street? Selling kerosine, becoming okada , keke rider?and tomatoes? Such graduates should now down their heads in full shame. Many says, what matters is the certificate. Now let the certificate put food on the table for you. Any university graduate who came out looking for job should visit the nearest psychiatrist. |

Well I watched the clip meticulously and I can't fault his utterances but the problem is the fact that Nigeria government should provide an enabling environment for budding entrepreneurs to thrive well. No constant light no security no good government policies so how can we do business productively? 1 Like 1 Share |

Him that is talking what has he done to help these young graduates. This are the kind of pastors that treat the rich people in their church like their lord and personal saviour and treat the poor like demons.Even in developed nations their are unemployed people and government helps them with unemployment benefits. The fact that a lady who is a graduate sews agbada does not make an unemployed graduate a fool. Not everyone is oppurtuned. But i ask again what has this pastor done to help unemployed graduates in Nigeria. 4 Likes |

thebosstrevor1:There was a time when there were no business, everyone produce for consumption. The movitation for business is that there are people willing to work and buy. If everyone should start sewing agbada as he mentioned, there would be no patronage and there will be no business. It is common sense. Buhari people self. 5 Likes 1 Share |

NOwazobia: There was business because people have to exchange something for what they need. It was called trade by barter. If everyone should sew agbada, it means the price of sewing agbada will fall drastically, also the money made from sewing agbada will be used to buy foods from the retailer, the retailer from the wholesalers and the manufacturer, that means money will circulate freely. Btw it is impossible for everyone to sew agbada. |

thebosstrevor1: You are right but there must be a conducive environment for business. It's easier to establish a business in England than in Nigeria. The conducive environment comes in form of infrastructure ( road, security, power, water, education, reasonable loans, etc), fair legislation, etc. All these things are provided by any intending business man or woman, would provide gen set, water borehole, transportation issues, extortion from security, crazy loans. Who can borrow at 35%interest when that is the return on a thriving business is Europe. Who can create businesses when the educational sector is in shambles churning out graduates that will make you weep for Nigerian education. I blame the fools who still go to church and mosque and allow fools like Bakare, Abuja and Tinubu mislead them. |

It's funny the way people who are meant to lead just sometimes make things more complicated for people looking up to them.. This is Nigeria FFS!!! An average graduate you see out there has gone through hell becoming whatever he/she is and before he graduates such has got loads of responsibilities waiting on him. You want someone whose the parent, society has TAGGED 'Accomplished', who no longer gets pocket money or whatsoever it is called, one who is harshly facing a new life of fending for self and even catering for other responsibilities already to learn a trade... Please who foots his bill? Who feeds him during this period? Who clothes, house and do other petty things for him? When such manages to scale through, how does he establish such in a country like this ![]() Mention trades you know that the requirements to start up is less than 50k shop/space rent inclusive asides equipments needed... So many men of God are literally the inverse of the name God. Peace! 1 Like |

thebosstrevor1: And what do businesses do if not employ ppl ? The truth is that bad policies have engendered an unfavorable climate for private sector growth. I doubt ppl are just trooping for govt jobs. There are specialist roles in society, like pharmacy, medicine etc that require placement in particular roles. It's a fallacy to dream up a world where everybody owns a business without remembering that those businesses employ co citizens... those same firms provide services and sell goods that involve the application of skill and knowledge to make and deliver... Pastor Bakare is disrepectful and wrong. 2 Likes |

thebosstrevor1:I swear you are not that bright, no wonder you support buhari blindly. If everyone should be sewing agbada, who will then become the middle man and retailer? Everyone will then become a producer, and they will have to wear their agbada themselves and there will be no trade. Before trade by barter there exist a period were people produce only to consume wholely. The need for trade by barter arised as man needed more than he was producing, so, the need to trade. But man lived before the trade by barter era, with what he produce |
