Op, lemme advise you... If you can buy or lease 10 acres of land, I'd rather you plant cassava with that 700k. You don't need to water it so you are good to go without Irrigation. After 9 to 12 months, reselling that cassava can give you up to 3 to 5 million. I am currently doing 5 acres of Cassava now at my farm area in Ibeju-Lekki. Buyers nkor? Don't worry about it. I get off takers.

I can't advise you to put such money into Agriculture now... But I can give you working business of just adding value to Agricultural product that you will be getting ridiculously cheap and just get a small machines to process it and sell at higher price. DM me if you will be interested in that..
