Golden Tulip should add another massive structure because it seems there are empty lands to build on. I am sure the rooms are always booked up.

A section of the interlocking stone pavement wasn’t done well and has a gap in it! The hotel management should call back the contractor to rectify the problem because the job could start failing from there!

From the look of things they are still working on the finishing touches. Like this areas have been completely covered.

Like your silly opinion matters.
Advise Ogun state first, then you can find how Obasanjo is an Igbo to peddle another silly opinion why Igbo does not deserve Nigerian presidency.

This gladdens the heart. I wonder what happened to the other hotel in Onitsha?

They really need to complete that hotel to resemble the Agulu resort. Then Anambra would have at least 2 five star hotels in the major cities. I'm sure when the airport is completed, more of these types of hotels would naturally spring up around that airport.

These are some of the reasons I agree when people say Obiano TRANSFORMED Anambra state. He somehow believes in quality more than his predecessors. For the first time in my life, I see the quality of structures and construction you hitherto only found in Abuja, Nairobi etc. In the past, even if they did this, they will use a local bricklayer and incompetent manager to run the hotel. Which would make the final outcome remain substandard. But, Obiano understands the saying that what is worth doing at all, is worth doing well. That is why I can only imagine the type of edifice he would build as the international airport terminal 1. As i heard from reliable sources that they plan on making the airport a 5 terminal airport eventually, but only the first terminal will be completed next year.

This is great! So wonderful that they kept to their plan of tarring every major road and side street in the city even before houses begin to be erected.

If you ask me, i would suggest instead of spending so much time to paint the curb black & white like typical Nigerian roads, the time should be used for landscaping with grass, flowers and trees to make the environment truly spectacular like such cities abroad.

I also wonder how the airport will look like when completed, that's why I believe it when they it will be the most modern airport in Nigeria, because the kind of work that's going at the airport site
any time I visits eeehh, it gives me joy, the control tower alone chaii gov obiano wants to surprise ndị Anambra

Wow, if you will build 5 terminals that will be great and it will outgrown and swallow some major airports even in Africa.

Hopefully they will keep to their promise to copy the standard of such cities abroad. Rather than copy the Nigerian sub-standard estates where adequate beautification of the environment with trees and flowers is always an "impossible" task.

In the video below, it is clear that even in the over-priced estates like Banana Island, the effort at beautification with trees, landscaping with grass is so minimal in Nigeria. Such an overpriced city does not even compare to the beauty of an average suburban subdivision in the United States as in the pictures below. Abroad, even subdivisions with bungalows look Wow!.....because of the use of trees, grassing, and flowers to adorn every part of it.

Trees and Flowers are what make a city pleasant and beautiful NOT just concrete buildings in it. We just have to get that orientation of planting a lot of trees, carpet grassing, and flowers.

IF ONLY THEY CAN CREATE A SECOND WALK WAY AND THEN PLANT TREES AFTER THE DRAIN.

THEN, THEY WOULD HAVE SOLVED ONE PROBLEM.

THE OTHER PROBLEM IS TO PLACE GUARD RAIL, AND STOP CARS MOUNTING THE PAVEMENT.

HONESTLY, I THINK ALA IGBO SHOULD WEAR THE FEATURE ABOVE.

WE WOULD HAVE SOLVED THE DRAINAGE PROBLEM, ANSWERED THE BEAUTIFICATION QUESTION AND ALSO, SECURE OUR PEOPLE SAFETY, AS THEY WALK DOWN THE ROAD.

THREE IN ONE IS A WRAP.

p.s. dont forget the street furniture i mentioned earlier. bins and bench.

Only if we replicate the same quality of projects like Golden Tulip. We need one at Onicha and maybe another at Awka.
