When it starts construction and we can see it follows the render we can continue, but notice how they haven’t officially released pictures of these renders and you can only find it in one picture very suspicious don’t you think. Added to that Tanzania doesn’t have constant electricity anyway and Nigeria is going to electrify it’s railway in 2025, the trains we bought work on both diesel and electricity and it is cheaper to build the rail line first then electrify it, because at the moment Nigeria desperately needs railways and the government knew this so they couldn’t wait time on electrification just admit that the Tanzanian train stations are ugly and we can move on, construction hasn’t even started on the station in Dodoma and it’s clear.
Don't listen to kazikazi.Give Tanzania 10 years then you can start debating on railway stuff.. grin. Currently there is nothing on ground cheesy

I can't agree about ugliness just because they are not all completed. In a 2,500 kms long railway, one should avoid judging things prematurely when only 3 stations are completed so far.

Mind you,Tanzania has constant electricity. We aren't stupid to electrify the railway without constant power.

Which constant electricity are you talking about? Is it the installed 1500MW you have down there or there is another one? If you have constant electricity then the population of Tanzania connected to electricity could have been more than 30%.

You shouldn't talk of modernity if the trains will run on diesel. The day you do electrification, that is when I will agree on modernity story you try too hard to sell. Differentiate between modernity and beautifulness. Your station might be beautiful, but its surely not modern.

This will be Africa's most beautiful, most modern station

Come and compare with this stuff loading in Dodoma...

When will construction commence? We are tired of your broken dreams of electric SGR.

First, understand the meaning of constant.
Then come here and argue about something else.

Again, have u ever heard about piped gas used on industries?

You better come and learn in Tz

Yes that's true...but big question, why teach the newton theory in schools..it's abit confusing
because

The newton theory is a much more simpler form to understand, especially for children growing up.

They can associate with it to make learning much more easier.

Do u think you can do that project without designing?

I don't know why am arguing with folks who never see, never touch electrified railway in their life. I think I must find moroccans or Algerians to talk about these complex engineering of electrified sgr.
I can't lower myself anymore

The piped gas you are talking about is what is making your capacity to be at 1500MW. The gas account for almost 60%.
Son,you are empty upstairs!

Am talking about piped natural gas which run factories. You are talking about electricity generated from gas!
I can't teach you kiberans everyday.

That’s just a lie and you haven’t even achieved 100% electrification access on top of it. Also Nigeria is building a lot more railways then a mere 2500kms for Tanzania it is actually quite poor. We have Bonny island - maiduguri ( 1100km) Lagos-Calabar ( 1000km) itakpe-Abuja ( 450km) Ibadan-kano ( 1400km) then lagos-Abuja ( 1100km) by the way you can halve all of these because they are double or triple tracks so I accounted for that so all in all we’re doing other 5000km of rail in the next ten years along with four new dry ports in ilorin, Ibadan, kano and Abuja.
