Also, I'm currently residing in Abu dhabi so I submitted to the vfs here in Abu dhabi and I didn't legalize my sponsor's document nor the bank statement

yes you need the SKVC certificate for admission processing. And you don't need to authenticate your docs at the aforementioned... Just certify it at the court or a notary public that is a Lawyer.....

Depends on your age but your sponsor should be enough. More importantly, what you need most is to be able to convince the visa officer that you are genuine!.
