Zungeru dam progress set for completion late 2021 to early 2022 set to produce 950MW of electricity meanwhile they are site clearing for mambilla which will create 5800MW

Breaking news
Mambilla dam power project and other dams in Nigeria abandoned in 2021 budget because of lack of water. It looks like Nigerian government has finally come to their senses that when they are building the dams there is not enough of water. In the 2021 budget a lot of power projects have been abandoned including three huge dams which they'll be no funding for them. This is what I call a failed state

there have been several times that people have posted photoshopped JF17s.... However the last time I admitted I was wrong did I not? Also I never denied that Nigeria won't get its 3 JF17s.... Simply stated the photos looked photoshopped... However Chkil convinced me otherwise

And no.... Nigeria has only ordered 3 JF17s... The faster you realise this and stop living in denial the better

The
Robles with mambilla isn’t water it’s a lawsuit that’s being undertaken stop using one line of the news for your narrative read the whole report, you are the biggest fake news peddler in the world. Zungeru dam and mambilla dam have more than enough water to run and in the case of kainji the problem is that they were supposed to install 4 more turbines, but they didn’t install those few so it doesn’t produce as much electricity as they wanted, i don’t know where you got this water level in the dam reduced thing to be honest, because it’s been producing the same amount of electricity, the only problem is it ends to have repair works on he transmission technology and the turbines.

We’re not talking about any African nation being a superpower right now. We’re saying that in the next 20-30 years if any nation were to become a superpower in black Africa it would be Nigeria ( black Africa excludes South Africa and North African nations ) but truly the only competitions for superpower status in the next few decades within black Africa are Nigeria and Ethiopia no one else. Stop beating around the bush tanzania is not a greater power and doesn’t have more influence then Nigeria in any position and the reason why kabila kept power for so long has nothing to do with his military education it benefits the west so they funded his military so he could squash revolutions otherwise he would have been taken out of power years ago. Your clearly uneducated on most African matters, I just don’t see how a country that doesn’t even have a gdp of 100 billion dollars and doesn’t even have one of the top 5 strongest militaries in Africa can claim to be a future superpower.
Did I say Tanzania has more influence than Nigeria? Did I say Tz is a superpower now? Don't put words in my mouth.
What I said is Tanzania has a greater chance of being a superpower than anyone else. Yes Nigeria, DRC, SA,Ethiopians, all has a potential, but the problem of those nations is their internal affairs. There is a huge issues which need a big miracle to overcome. From home grown terrorists, to separatists groups, corruption, tribalism, etc. All these issues are bombs waiting to explode. The same stuff happened to Sudan,a huge chunk of the land succeed and formed south Sudan. It happened in Ethiopia with Eritrea. There are a lot of same issues are still working in naija.even as we speak, some Ethiopians are still working hard to form a new nation.
For you,the only thing you look at is hydrocarbons and minerals! And what is funny is,you undermine TZ just because Tz don't export oil and gas! And may be you have no idea,TZ has oil and gas, waiting for extraction. So your story of small GDP don't hold water.Even your africas 3 big economies are exporting a lot of oil and gas or other minerals, which many folks in Africa can easily do the same including Somalia.
So yes,in the next 20-30 years,TZ will be a superpower. In those years..
1.Tanzania will be the biggest producer of electricity mainly coming from our huge reserves of coal, uraniums, etc

2.TZ will have Africa's biggest manufacturing sector. Thanks to our cheap labor, massive investments on electrified sgr across TZ and connected to neighboring nations.

3.Tanzania will have biggest tourism industry. Thanks to our superb tourist attractions and our peaceful environment.Mind you,Tz has more tourist attractions than any nation in Africa.

4.Tanzania will be home to Africa's medical tourism. Thanks to our huge investmants and governments seriousness on the matter. With lower operational costs, big investments on health sector, friendly folks, peaceful and beautiful environment,no African will think of going to India for specialized medical care.

5.Tanzania will have the biggest transport sector in the region. How!? Yes,we have many landlocked nations surrounding us,we will extend our electrified sgr up to Kinshasa DRC. That will make it a "new Suez canal"crossing from Atlantic to Indian ocean! You can guess how much money will be made by that! Many ships from the west will drop off their cargo in Kinshasa and two days later, another ship will pic it up from Dar es salaam Tanzania en route to middle East and far east Asia!

6.Our agriculture sector will be the biggest in Africa. We have the land,we have the will,we have the peaceful environment, we have the ports for easy exportation,we have the fastest and cheapest sgr to haul farm produce from inland areas to the coast much more efficient

7.Tanzania has almost all natural resources you know of. No need to elaborate on the obvious.

Let me stop for now

Tanzania is not the most likely nation to become a superpower in Africa stop playing with yourself it is in this exact order of who will be the next African superpower
Nigeria
Ethiopia
Tanzania
There is no point arguing Nigeria has more resources, higher population, more industries, more professors, stop arguing these are facts fund me a report saying Tanzania is Africa’s next superpower it will be hard but for Nigeria it will be very quickly

How will Nigeria not benefit from Afctfa is anyone is to benefit from it in west Africa it will be Nigeria and Ghana these will be the main beneficiaries by region Nigeria and Ghana, Kenya and Ethiopia, South Africa and Mozambique, North Africa I’m not really sure. But ultimately Nigeria accounts for a lot of manufacturing and industries in west Africa, and with the increasing agricultural produce and refining of all these produce the only thing that would stop us from benefiting is if they ban our produce.

Our steel, aluminum, yams, cocoa, bananas, oranges, strawberries, tomatoes etc, will spread across Africa, if we could just get consist power. With the AFCTFA companies would want to come into Nigeria and Ghana, especially Nigeria because of its large population and influence they will be able to use it as an export hub. But our government failed to build effective transport corridors until that happens we can’t fully benefit but we will still get something out of it.

the unpaved part in Tanzania is now paved. Plus, we could electrify the meter gauge rail from SA to Tz or upgrade it instead of building a new one. With the electric train travelling at 80kph it would ease transportation of goods and people.
