Verify if Austin is a known associate of the accused (commissioner)

Check her location history if she has a smartphone.

If Austin called her that number of times, it means the commissioner could be guilty; why would your associate be calling someone looking for job (empowerment)?

If Austin's location history places him at the places mentioned by the girl, the probability of guilt increases

The girl must be brave to resist and threaten to shout, some city girls would yield out of timidity. She's even "braver" for speaking out. 16 year old girls in Nigeria cannot cook up this kind of story. I believe her more than I believe the commissioner.
