1) He said company in charge of machine had changed software in the machine which the lawyer (attorney) to the Secretary disagreed with by telling him nothing like that happened

2) He then proceeded to make allegations that some votes were shredded in Futon county (destroyed) which the secretary of state said wasn't true. He continued to make a series of allegations which were denounced by the Secretary

3) He then moved on to telling the secretary to find 11,000 plus votes for him and claimed he would be greatly rewarded if he did.
