First name and last name, that's it
But some pages back, I raised the same concern and one of the elders here advised I put my first and middle name together.
Cos I know it reads first and last name, but I have 3 names on my passport, middle name inclusive.

Which one is it?

Happy new year family.

Please does anyone have an update about IOM Lagos? Are they now attending to upfront medicals? Thanks everyone.

i need advice, currently on 471 but still evaluating my certificates and may hopefully get into the pool next month. Any prediction on crs cutoff by then?
Should i still remark, score may increase to 474 or I may lose 27k for nothing in this hard period. thanks

Hello everybody, Please i am creating my profile, but along the noticed that where my name was required, the instruction said "first name and last name" but still said as written on the passport. Do i include my middle name as i have it on my passport or just write first and last name. I'm confused. And i can't even seem to edit it to include my middle name again.
Given name(s) so that’s your first and middle name.

Hi, please I need further clarification.
Does it mean they will send the result in hardcopy to me and I will scan to IRCC during application?
Pls how does it work?

You get the eletronic copy immediately which you can send to IRCC. A hard copy will also be shipped to you.

Include your middle name beside your first name. That way all your names appear like it is on your passport. If in doubt, click on the question symbol beside the name entry box, it'll explain it in detail

The scores are actually unpredictable but based on the stratification of scores in the pool, 471 is a pretty decent score. If age is still on your side and 27k might be tough to lose you can decide not to remark.

The correct thing is that you should type your first name and middle name in the box for first name. Click on the question mark next to the first name and see IRCC's recommendations.

Hello House.

Pls I would like to ask about Gift deeds.

If I'm accompanying spouse and the money is coming from my parent. Do I ask for the money to be sent to my wife (PA) or me (accompanying spouse) before we do the gift deed for it?
Thanks my seniors.

PS: This particular scenario was discussed this year but I couldn't get it from the Search.

Inasmuch as one can't tell what the cut-off mark will be in say 2 months (if it's going to take that period of time for you to evaluate your certificates), 471 is a pretty decent score. You don't need to max your IELTS to get ITA. What matters is if the ranking score is below your score.

By the way, as it stands now, cut-off mark is decreasing gradually. I'd rather advise you not to apply for remark but wait, unless you don't have any need for that money.

Hello, good evening. Please I have some questions.
I recently received ITA and now putting together my documents to submit.

1) As regards POF, I live in Europe(came here for studies) my mum lives in the UK, over time she sends me money very often (as upkeep and to support my pof saving) and it’s part of this money that made up my POF, as-well as savings from my part time job here(that pays well) and some money I changed over time from my Nigerian account and put in my account here.
I have over 10k € as my balance from my statements. I don’t have any lump sum that was paid from a second party after or before ITA all this money’s came in bits over the months and regularly (monthly) dates as far back as April . Please In such an instance do I still need a deed of gift? Or if no, how do you advise I explain the funds I have. I’ve heard soo many people say since I’ve only lived in my present country for just a year, it may raise suspicions on how I was able to get the money and all. Please I am confused tongue

2) if I need a deed of gift, we are not in the same country and with the whole covid restrictions I cannot travel over to her, can a lawyer in my own country of residence draft the deed of gift if it’s needed?

Hello mate, this is not an issue at all. 10,000 € is more than enough for a single person. Just provide your reference letter from your EU bank factoring CIC requirements in the letter. Don't think 10,000 Eur is too much of a money to create suspicion. Raising that money in a year is not a big deal even as a student. You're good to go.

Furthermore, there is no need for gift deed or whatever they call it. Folks that use those are people who don't have raw funds. You have the raw funds. You're in order.

Morning house and happy new year. Welcome to our year of complete miracles. Have a few questions. Long story short got ppr in oct of 2020,(shared with the house then)sent passport via mail to VFS Lagos which took forever. they didn’t even give me tracking number or anything until 17 dec when I got a mail from Accra that my application has been approved but they withholding my passport due to medicals. Med expired in oct but was extended till feb. please what do I do if any and is anyone on this same ship

On this same ship with you. I posted it here some time too, got PPR Oct and also got the same Dec 15 mail from Accra about Passports been held back.

What I did.... Sent several mails to Sydney for a further extension, and Sydney responded that extension given already and cannot be given again. So I should go for remedicals (Tnks to Accra)
Got Remedical request immediately and remedicals is done already.
For further details you can reach me on Zero nine one three two nine eight seven six four four.

Thank you for your response. So with my Bsc it would be equivalent to 2 or more certificates?
Prettiepearlz:

The certificate level is evaluated as one year. The associate level is evaluated as equivalent to three years of study.

Pls I just want to clarify things more, so I don't make any costly mistake.

If I accept to be exempted from just F1 paper and decide to write F2 and F3, pls hope WES will still evaluate the result as one year??

Pls all the seniors in the house, abeg don't ignore this message. If there's anyone that has also exempted 1 paper and wrote the rest here, pls signify also.

It because of this evaluation thing I'm writing this ACCA, so pls I really can not afford to get it wrong.

Pls all reply is appreciated, thanks a lot

First thing, it's about my work experience. I have several of them which are in bits. The longest experience I have right now is a year, the rest are 10,9,5 months which eventually added up to 3 years. Does this look presentable?

Second thing, I'm going to Germany for another degree this year God's willing and I have already started the Canadian immigration process. Will my change of location affect my immigration process to Canada?

Third thing, I'm applying single what if by the end of the process I get married. Would it affect anything?

Thank you.
Q1 - Yes, it is presentable as long as the jobs fall under NOC 0, A or B and 1 of the job is continuous for 1 year.

Q2 - No. Express Entry can be done from anywhere in the world. Just notify IRCC of change in address once you move to Germany. Between, if you have started the process, why would you want to move to Germany for studies again that will cost you some bucks?

Q3 - As long as the marriage took place after you submitted your application, no stress.

I hope you find this helpful.

Good morning house!
Please I need advice from you all.
I am married with a kid but as a result of the huge financial cost, I am planning to process my PR alone. Now I don't have the proof of funds for family of three.
1. Can I declare that I am not married so that I
will provide proof of fund for only myself?
2. Will I be able to correct the error in the future?
3. Will I ever be able to sponsor my wife and kid
to join me in Canada in the future ?
I need advice please brother and sister.

Compliment of the season gurus in d hux...plz I need ur help...my profile will be expiring on jan 5 and I received OINP on dec 15 which I haven't accepted cuz I'm still gathering documents..the issue here is that wen creating a new profile how do I transfer d OINP to d new profile cuz I dont want to lose it.

Don't sweat it. You simply need to send an email the OINP email address telling them about the expiry. Provide details of the old profile and new profile. It isn't a big deal.
