I feel the predominant cause of smell down there for guys is bathing without using towel to dry up ur body.

probably it is caused by pee drop!
When you finish peeing, those tiny little drops that remain on your p.nis can cause a lot of smell.
Try and be using tissue to wipe your pen.s or just deep the p.nis in some water before talking-in your p.nis in your boxer or vigorously shake the p.nis to dislodge the pee drops!
If you do not do the above, anything you wear will still smell somehow from your pee drops!
