Lets get things clear...if Kenyan cities are better planned and look good then they are also more liveable et al. So they will attract foreigners too. Ghana, on the other hand, by your own admission, has bad planned cities, hogwash stuff that foreigners at the very east just want to have a passing look. So you cant have many foreigners doing business in Ghana. Then there's also Ghanaians having this village unexposure vibe...very palpable even on videos. Even your own artist admitted Ghanabevillage. You should plan your cities and get exposed to foreigners not crying over nations that have them.
